Stopped to dine in last night! One of the best extra things crust pizzas I’ve had in a couple of years!! A pleasant little upbeat dining room! Staff were so friendly and polite, constantly checking on us! One of our new “go to’s” when we need to “go out” for pizza!

My second time at this place. My fist experience we had the deep dish with meatballs pizza, was outstanding. The size and the sauce was perfect, the cheese and the crust was tasty, crispy not salty. And fair price. The large size good for up to 4 people. The second time we had the thin crust pizza. No the best, the crust was dry and the sauce without flavor. A little pricey for this pizza.

Not only is their pizza delicious but their customer service is beyond. I called them to let them know I received a thin crust instead of the double dough I ordered and they were incredibly gracious enough to remake it and deliver it when we picked up the initial pizza.

If I could give this white cottage 0 stars I would. I spoke to their “manager” about a long acrylic nail we found in our food. Her response was “ we don’t have anyone with nails at our store.” Talking over me as I was talking to her. Clearly she doesn’t truly qualify for her manager position. I will be disputing the charge on my cc as this is truly disgusting!

I just moved here about a month ago and it was a fluke that my boyfriend ordered it on the second Friday being here…well now every Friday we must get White Cottage! The workers are so friendly and the communication is amazing. If you haven’t tried, please do!!

Placed an order for pick up and was told it would be 25 minutes for my calzone to be ready. I waited 40 minutes for it to be ready AND it was burnt. The bottom was so hard I couldn’t even eat it. Felt bad to call and complain because they had so many issues going on in that place while I Was there waiting for my food. (Short staff, mixing up orders, prank calls)

Went to WC a few years back for a deep dish – super expensive, pizza itself was relatively good. Family and I ordered takeout for dinner recently and the quality of the food was horrendous. Incredibly greasy (And no, we did not order pizza), and the taste of and the substance of the dishes were awful. For the amount of money spent, I would’ve thought it would be – at the very least – fair in quality. Not sure if things have changed in the years since or if the pizza was the only ‘decent’ thing they had on the menu, but overall it was very disappointing.
