It’s unfortunate that this pizza has gotten worse. We have bought pizza from here many times and LOVED it. It was actually one of our favorite pizza places but the wait time has gotten longer every time with barely any other customers there. Tonight after paying $30 for a meat feast pizza it had about half the toppings that it usually has, all of the pieces around the edge had no toppings,cheese (we paid for extra cheese), or sauce. This is disappointing and the worst pizza we ever had from there.

Called in for a pizza at 505 told me it would be ready in 25 to 30 minutes wife got there at 530 just a little early by 5 minutes or so early. They haven’t even put in the oven yet. Don’t tell me be here in 25 to 30 minutes tell me an hour if that’s the case. Kisses me off. This is the third time at this location.

One of our favorite pizza places to enjoy. There was a mishap with our order this visit. No biggie. It happens sometimes. Human beings make mistakes and that’s okay. What really impressed me during this visit was how the manager took care of the mishap. She was extremely professional and immediately made it right. Definitely went above and beyond and can’t speak highly enough about her intentional customer service and my positive customer experience, as a result. Thank you.

The food was good and my spaghetti was served quickly. I think I would be more satisfied if I didn’t spend 4 dollars on braadsticks. It wasn’t busy. The server was nice. Ordering with a phone is a different concept but I’m sure people like their privacy. Overall it got 3 stars because nothing wowed me about the place except for how big the place was so few people there.

Had a great experience at this location. There were 7 of us, and 3 were children.
The food was fantastic as always. Service was top-notch.
To top it all off, we had forgotten our leftover pizza on the table. The manager called us and replaced what we left behind.
Now, this is what i would definitely call above average service.

The pizza is seriously lacking toppings compared to their normal pizzas. I also purchased their last 3 cookies, the guy said, “oh looks like there’s only 2 1/2, sorry about that”. He charged me for 3 cookies. They were old and stale, also not their normal. Really disappointed in the quality this time.

Came to the New Haven, IN location and they messed 4 things up. Got 2 subs, both burnt and hard to eat with the wrong things on them. We had a pizza that was supposed to be no mushroom and half onion yet the whole thing was full of onions. Breadsticks were burnt as well, and the pitchers of coke had no ice. We as a family will not be coming back here again as this is not the first time this has happened. Poor service and we’ve been hers for over an hour just waiting on food.
