I hate giving negative reviews, but we had a reservation. We arrived on time, they weren’t prepared for our group. Me and wife ordered. Her food took 30 minutes to arrived. Steak was overcooked and dry. I ordered shrimp and grits. Never arrived after waiting an hour. 3 others in our group ordered same thing and received. A third of our group never got their orders at being the nearly 2 hours total.
Was disappointed, especially since many were out of town family members.

service was slow being they’re new and working out the bugs but the food is amazing. best Turkey burger I’ve ever eaten. I also on the later date had the stuffed chicken with fettuccini. I hope they work out the kinks because it’s a beautiful staff environment and the chef is amazing

Made a Reservation on open table only to walk into the restaurant which was completely full of a private party. We had thought we walked in the wrong door or something. There was also a seat yourself sign at the door which I thought was very odd if you take reservations. They offered us a seat at the bar, we sat down for 5 minutes and no one acknowledge us, the people working standing right in front of us. The whole atmosphere was very uncomfortable so we decided to go elsewhere. Don’t allow reservations for someone to come in the restaurant full of a private party.

Service started off fine. Took 1 hour for 6 wings. Bartender never gave us an update or told us why it was taking so long. Wrong wing order and took forever for check. Focus on customers not friends.

Got there early in the evening. Loved the garage door on the front. Bar was not ready for service. They had very little inventory. The band that night was incredible. Shrimp tacos were excellent!

Jazz band was fantastic. Service terrible. It took 45 minutes for the food to come out. The bartender seemed inexperienced not giving customers water and asking would you like something. Disappointing.

We brought a group of almost 20 folk to celebrate a successful event. Unfortunately, several of our parties requested items and didn’t receive what they ordered. I chalk this up to poor communication between server AND the kitchen.
