Customer service was great!
However for over $30 dollars for a chicken, shrimp and chicken platter and adding extra shrimp and fish, I would like everything I paid for. I received 5 pcs of shrimp and 5 party wings with coleslaw and fries. The chicken was undercooked and I didn’t have the fish at all. The shrimp was good. I thought maybe the fish was under the chicken and shrimp but it wasn’t there at all unfortunately.

Do not sleep on this place. The food is good. The owners are very nice people. All good is cooked to order. Good variety of food options. The soda is real sugar soda. Try the Strawberry! I have sent a lot of people there who’ve all raved about the taste. They even have Fish Tacos. Be sure to ask about their point system!

I wanted to really love this place, but the customer service I received this evening was really disappointing. Felt like a “can’t see the forest for the trees moment”. I ordered 2 pieces of peach cobbler cake which wasn’t in stock— no problem. In addition to confusion for how I’ll be refunded the $13.98, I asked be comped a cheese cup that wasn’t even $2 and was told that it was impossible. That just rubbed me the wrong way because sometimes kindness/righting a wrong is more important than charging $1.50 for a cheese cup when I’ve already paid an additional $13.98 for food I could not receive. I hope at the very least I am refunded the money within 24 hours.

So me and my husband came across this place yesterday but sadly they are closed on mondays so we said we had to try it today and omg ❤️❤️ we will definitely be back the wings made me fall in love first bite ❤️ they were very friendly and we didn’t have a long wait before getting our order I definitely recommend everyone trying this place out I promise you won’t regret it

First time customer. The owner was there when I picked up my order to go. Even if the food was bad (which it was NOT) her calming demeanor and service is enough for me to go back. The owner told me that I would be back because the food was so good.
The Next Day:
Yep. Went back. The owner remembered me and we laughed about it.
I’ve only tried the wings but they were delish. Hoping to go back and try something different.
I wish she was open Monday or Tuesday, the days I’m normally in the St. Louis region.
But until then… I’ll wait!

Absolutely love this place. Food is delicious and staff is very friendly and personable. They have never messed up my order. They always make sure to show you your food so that you are satisfied before leaving. I read past reviews where ppl stated they didn’t receive what they felt to be an appropriate portion of food. You have the opportunity to address them when they are showing you the food. So speak up! They also reach out to you if your food is ready before you arrive. Customer service is great and friendly. My fav dish is the honey hot wing combo with cheese fries. I recommend this place to everyone.
