Really nice take on burgers with the English muffin replacing the buns. I was really pleased with their quality ingredients. The food was fresh, it came out quick, and tested as good as any burger I’ve had. Second to none was the burger, and the onion rings were probably the best I’ve ever had – super crispy. Really great food and atmosphere.

A beautiful, authentic and optimal experience! Definitely a place to remember. This place will be one of my favorites. I should come back more often! I highly recommend you try this hidden little gem. We love to visit this small, beautiful town by boat, and we also decided to have lunch for Father’s Day. We were all welcomed at the door by the young gentleman with long hair, he opened the door for us as I simply didn’t expect it! He was also our server, who was extremely pleasant in his interaction, attentive, professional, friendly, knowledgeable, prompt and kind. He said that how well-behaved my daughter was comparing to other kids, and as soon as my daughter heard what he said, she instantly smiled with giggles was worth billions to watch! Perfect portions (at least for me) and appropriate timing. I ordered patty melt and glazed Brussel sprouts. Absolutely hit the spot! The ambiance is eclectic. A great place to grab a drink before dinner. For everyone wishing a good time and a genuine refined afternoon, should be on the list. You are a fool, if you don’t see the value of experiencing this wonderful, local pub&restaurant that delivers modestly top notch service.

Ha! The name catches you, but in reality it was way more than just pretty good. The service was great and the burgers were delicious. With all kinds of memorabilia around and the gorgeous inlays on the walls and ceilings, we’re so glad we stopped here. Oh, and the owner (Doug) was so engaging and delightful to talk with outside as we waited for a table to open up.

This pub really does live up to its name, it is pretty good. I went at dinner time and there were tables available and the service was quick. The staff was friendly and created a welcoming atmosphere. Our food came out in a reasonable amount of time and tasted delicious. The cleanliness of the pub made our experience more positive and overall this place provides a great dining experience with tasty food. I would recommend coming here

The best option to eat after your trekking, the attention is excellent, the hamburgers are the best, remember that the term of your meat is important and this cook knows how to do his job, juicy and delicious hamburger. Recommended 100%. Captain Jack and Blue cheese were our choices….

Those shrimp tacos were spot on. (I ordered it twice one after the other since it was so good) Also the bartender was very professional and welcoming. The cocktails I had were high end. Definitely will come again.

Stopped here to get a beer & chili after walking the trails in the area. Atmosphere was great, bartender was fantastic. The chili was good but to much onions for me, (see pic) so every bite had onion taste. It’s comes with cheese & sour cream but I had it without. Next time here I’ll try the burgers, the people that had them at the other table were raving about them.

Doug blocked us (2 females) from entering on account of my service dog and him being allergic. Asked him if we could sit outside and he said no, he then proceeded to telling me that I’m “being Irish” (I’m not) but clearly Doug isn’t a fan of anyone not from the local area. Don’t spend your money here, cold spring is a friendly place and Doug’s can be easily skipped.
