My husband and I stopped in for a quick drink before our Valentine’s dinner and were met with shocking rudeness from the older gray-haired bartender. No greeting, eye-rolling when I asked about seltzer, and an audible sigh when I politely requested a water. We felt so unwelcome that we left. Hospitality clearly isn’t a priority here. SN- Bargos was great! We were greeted right away and I got a water AND a smile. Simple kindness goes a long way.

Last time I visited, everyone who was in our group who had a beer there threw up after because of the beer being uncarbonated, lukewarm, and stale tasting. Terrible experience and we’re not going back.
The atmosphere is alright, the music would be silent for long periods of time but the pool tables and darts are open which is nice. The older guy bartending was not welcoming and seemed annoyed when we walked in to order drinks and food. The rest of the staff was friendly and the food was really good and decently priced.
Update: as the night went on the bartender was more conversational and nicer and turned the music on, but the initial welcoming would have made me not want to come back but he became friendly once he warmed up to us.

I’m giving this place an absolute 0. Walked in from out of town to unwind. Walked up to the bar and a older man, maybe about 60 came up to us and asked what we were having. I didn’t know what was on tap so I glanced towards the selection and he looked at me like I was bothering him. No smile, no hello and welcome. It was what do you want and hurry up. I.was told he is part owner, I think he should stay home.

The positives are evident- it’s a large space with lots of TVs that sells alcohol. The defining characteristic was the wide open space and the variety of games available (pool, darts, etc.). However, the menu is limited to pizza, the pizza we ordered (count-chick-ula) was COVERED in Asian sauce making it uneatable, the drinks were no cheaper than anywhere else ($2.75 for a Miller lite), the selection of drinks was minimal, and the “usual” crowd was drunk and yelling obscenities at each other over the other customers. Without some major changes (in service/management and not atmosphere), I’d be surprised if this place stays going another 10 years. No younger crowd is being drawn in and there are tons of other options in the area. Lastly, there are a 2 more things. The place is covered in steelers stuff. Not that it matters for everyone or even most of the year, but it’s not a “home team” bar. Lastly, they have credit card fees on their bills. We went during peak hours on a Friday and there were maybe 20 people there. The other couple we say (20 or 30-somethings) didn’t eat their pizza as well and didn’t stay too long either. We probably won’t be back, but I could see the older/regular crowd coming here for a drink every now and then. Unfortunately, that’s the same thing that will kill this bar in the end. If nothing changes to welcome new business in, things can get rough.

Visiting from out of town. Everyone was super friendly and yet efficient. Drinks were well poured and the pork-a-licious tacos were incredible. Will definitely go back

Tenderloin sandwiches were real good, nice and thin the way they should be done. Nice small town type tavern! Order at the bar and highly recommend you love dogs!

5 stars from the Blatz’!! Such a fun and chill atmosphere. Also excellent pizza, completely underrated. We love Andrea especially behind the bar and Wayne. Great place for real darts, fake plastic darts, billiards, golden tee and trivia!!

Multiple times now in an empty, completely dead bar where I’m the only patron of 3/4 Wayne will skip touch tunes songs I pay for. Nothing obnoxious, or obscene ever. Just regular bar music. Really sucks when the place is dead and you can’t even play a song while you play pool. This has kept me away many times. Today I tried to give it another go with two other buddies. First song, skipped. If this isn’t Wayne doing it on the touch tunes remote I apologize but it’s infuriating to pay for something just to be skipped back to silence… maybe this is why this place seems less and less visited by local bar goers.

Stopped here for a few drinks after a Christmas party. Atmosphere was nice, it wasn’t crowded which was nice. Bartender was friendly and our drinks were great. Price was great as well! Played darts and listened to good music. Bathroom was clean which I also appreciated. This is a great place for locals to have a few drinks, have a good time and not be in a crowded bar. We’ll definitely be back on our next date night!
