The food was okay. The place seemed clean. I would have given a higher score but the waitress seemed a bit annoyed AND did NOT wash her hands when she left the restroom. I will be filing an official complaint with corporate on Monday and the BBB. Here are pictures of our food.

the service was demonstrable. waitress tipped HERSELF on MY card. my boyfriend and i arrived on the evening of 02/13/2026. the first thing we heard was the hostess/waitress yelling on the phone. no name tag. she greeted us amidst her conversation and sat us at a table. she proceeded to remain on this loud phone call for ten minutes before taking our order. a few minutes later, she sat another couple directly behind us despite the restaurant being empty which matters if you’re not looking to experience needlessly squishing your back up against a strangers through the booth and hearing them chew/chat the whole time. when she bought us our drink, i requested we take the upcoming food to go because i was feeling crowded, to which she suggested moving us to an empty area of the restaurant instead and gave us a speech about how good customer service is her specialty and she can only please us if she knows how. yeah, that was a lie. we moved and the food came out shortly after, overcooked, and missing cocktail sauce + lime for the shrimp. she was loudly and rambunctiously on and off the phone the entire time while serving others. at the end of the meal, i had to shout to flag her down for to-go boxes because she couldn’t hear me through her airpods at normal speaking volume. we left feeling burnt out and disappointed so we obviously didn’t tip. TODAY, the very next day, i see the updated IHOP transaction go from $63.43 to $75.32, completely UNAUTHORIZED meaning she took it upon herself to fill in the spot we left empty. i had to file a bank dispute. we now know to write $0 for service that tasteless. there are many other ihops, go to any but this one.

The restaurant was clean and the staff was cool. My boyfriend and I ended up with stomach aches afterward, so something may have been off this time.. My steak was chewy/undercooked cooked in the center, and my boyfriend’s bacon came out cold — hoping it was just an off day.

Went here for dinner. The lone waitress was rude, and on her phone talking loudly throughout our entire meal all while another phone was playing something at an empty table and she kept going over there to play with it. She was rude, never wrote down our order so she got it wrong, never corrected and was never around to notify, never checked on us so we must have waited an additional 10 min to get the check and ask for a box. Then had to wait again for her to ring it up as she was busy on her phone. The place was pretty empty and now I know why.
