Burnt Ends Barbecue isn’t fast food pretending to be BBQ. It’s the real thing – smoked low, served hot, and built for people who show up hungry. We do barbecue the way it’s meant to be done: brisket with bark, ribs with bite, burnt ends that actually melt instead of crumble. Our smokers run slow and steady so flavor has time to do its job. No shortcuts. No microwaves saving the day. Just smoke, seasoning, patience, and a team that takes pride in every tray that leaves the counter. We’re a Maine BBQ joint with a backbone. Come hungry. Leave satisfied. Repeat often.

This place is Beautiful & it is HUGE!
The service was super quick we were also the only ones there at the time
I was craving some nachos & they did not disappoint! They make their own tortilla chips homemade BBQ sauce along with all other sauces the salsa was homemade along with the sour cream!! Absolutely delicious! I added pulled pork & omg my belly was very happy!!
My partner got the dirty poutine on top of Mac & cheese topped with breadcrumbs omg soo good!!
I dont drink alcohol & was excited to see all the options they had besides just water soda they even do mock tails without the alchy. I got the dirty soda that tasted like a creamsicle soo good.
We will be going back!!
They do parties they do take out they have pool tables & corn hole its a great spot!!

We stopped in for lunch and had a fantastic meal. Smash burgers, pulled pork, mac and cheese, and a salad. Everything was incredible – the pulled pork was perfectly cooked with delicious flavor, the mac and cheese had the perfect consistency, and the smash burgers were perfectly seasoned and cooked. Heck, even the salad was great with crunchy greens and plenty of veggies. Highly recommend! Also want to note how friendly and welcoming our server was, and we got to meet the owner. All in all a great spot!

Few things:
1) I ate here when it was in Lewiston and now at the new location where Tin Tin Buffet used to be in Auburn. When I told that to the gentleman at the register when I was waiting to be seated with my wife and son, the gentleman said “Thank you, you helped us get here”. Definitely made me feel appreciated.

2) I chose pulled chicken platter with coleslaw and baked beans. My wife chose pulled pork with mac-n-cheese and chili.
Both were served with cornbread and honeybutter. All of it was good.
-Cornbread was not like regular kind where it’s dry and grainy. It was more like a quickbread with cornmeal added. Easy to eat.
-The meat was great! (You add the sauces on the meat)
-The chili, to me was spicy but really good. They used pulled meat and beans for the chili instead of hamburg. So much better.
-Baked beans were good too. Not sweet like you’d expect and had a great flavor of molasses as it should be. Not overpowering but noticeable.
-Coleslaw was good. I judge heavily on my coleslaw where ever I get it. There’s like I said was good. Still crisp and not soggy. The dressing I personally would add a touch more sugar and a touch more vinegar but was not bad. Close to how I make mine.

3) Service was friendly. Upbeat, kind and fast. I got the impression of the business is good to work for and little laid back since no one seemed stressed or have attitude.

4) They also have pool tables, corn hole, giant connect 4 and giant ganja blocks

Definitely give this place a try

The place is very inviting with a positive atmosphere. The waitress was very personable and attentive. The pulled pork was delicious. The nachos and pork belly was delicious. Fresh French fries were great. The mac n cheese was the only thing that I was not impressed by. It lacked taste. Bbq sauce was on point. We are interested in coming back for a rum bucket at happy hour.

HIGHLY disgusted and insulted by this place as well as management. Took my husband for his 30th birthday in hopes to have some food, drinks, games and just have a good time. We had a party of about 12 people. We had a server who was new and so sweet, however she was not the problem. We arrived at 5:30pm and all ordered drinks. We placed our meal orders around 6:15. After placing our orders we ask for a round of shots. At this time we all have had 2 drinks each and had asked for another round of shots to which we were denied all drinks until our food was served. Funny thing is, our food did not come until 8:30!!! We finally got our food of which was sub par or even cold and were aloud to have another round of drinks. I had personally gone to the bathroom myself along with my sister in law, and after coming out the manager comes over and immediately tells us no more and WRONGLY ACCUSES us for doing nips in the bathroom!!! We are all in our late 20’s-30’s we have NO NEED to be doing nips in a bathroom even if you didn’t want to serve us more drinks!! They stereotyped our family and friends and insulted everyone of us. I broke down crying to the manager because I was so angry that a fun night for my husband ended up being complete TRASH! And you should probably apologize to that poor new server who was doing great but then lost out on a great tip for about a $1000 tab because your manager rushed us out of there!! Thank you so much for ruining my husbands only 30th birthday.

The Sexy Chicken Sandwich is fantastic. Everything else is okay to Meh. They are incredibly stingy when it comes to French fries ok to-go orders.

Don’t bother with Gheto Poutine. Just get Mac&Cheese with meat.

But overall… fine but pricy. 9 dollars for 3 chicken fingers?

I always think the five star rating system should allow a little bit more granularity. I would give this establishment a 2.7.

I will admit that I just don’t understand people and how things operate. I walked in and a server at the bar said ” you can come over here, we have full service at the bar.” There was one person behind me but I stepped over and ordered a pound of pulled pork to go, at which point she said “oh, you’ll have to get that back over where you were.” So I guess they don’t have full service at the bar, or what does that even mean?

I received my order in a brown paper bag and walked out of the restaurant thinking it was a little bit light, but I drove home to find that I had a half pound of brisket. So I drove back and they exchanged it, and I will comment that the staff was very, very friendly and accommodating.

I came home for the 2nd time and unwrapped the order and it was pulled pork with a very little bit of barbecue sauce squirted on top of it. I’m not sure I get this. Either it is barbecued pulled pork or it is plain pulled pork, but squirting a little bit of barbecue sauce on a pound of pulled pork does absolutely nothing. The pulled pork was tender and smoked and delicious, and the barbecue sauce was almost non-existent and didn’t taste very good.

It came in a bento container with a side compartment for a roll, which was wrapped in plastic but sitting in a bunch of liquid with two pickle slices and some pickled onions. The pickle slices were very good, and the onions were not very good, and again I do not understand why you would put a bread bun in liquid.

I’ll have to say the people were great and the food was not so great and a little bit expensive, and served in a way that I don’t understand.

You can see by the photos I took that they have cornhole, and billiards, and a lot of room.

Food was great, server’s first day, he was exceptional. We ordered the brisket platter, with 2 sides, Mac and cheese and pickled beets, also 1/4lb each of the pork burnt ends and beef burnt ends. Everything was delicious! The corn bread and honey butter was more like dessert, but that was ok with me. Go, go, go and enjoy yourself. The place was empty on a Monday at 330, service was quick.
