The A&W In Manitowoc, Wisconsin is themed like a classic diner. There is a window for to go orders and the tables have call buttons to order. There was one server, however the service was quick and the food came out with minimal wait. They have burgers, hot dogs, corn dogs, chicken sandwiches, snd chicken strips. They have root beer floats and shakes. The food hot and tasted great.

We showed up with about 65 trail life troops on a Friday night. The staff were friendly and got our food out fast and hot! The space was tight for us but for smaller groups it’s adequate.

Usually have good food and service at this location but not today. In the drive thru asked for a drink carrier which was a huge annoyance to the lady, and she made it known. When she handed it to me she said “it doesn’t do much good for two cups.” Is this what customer service has come to now? Absolutely uncalled for. And if you are miserable at your job and don’t want to deal with customer requests, go do something else? Also, I ordered a burger with no bun and got home it was it a bunch of slop and tasted like grease. Attached picture of slop. If this is the service and food we will get here, will go elsewhere.

A fantastic crew that works here! We stopped with a group of 20 and the manager grabbed the head cook off break to get us served in a timely fashion! Everyone had a great attitude and was smiling! Thanks a million!!

The service is excellent and food is even better! I really don’t know any other way to describe it. The staff is very friendly and takes much pride in their store and the food is hot and fresh! We enjoy stopping in this location on our way back from the Packers games each year!

Love the outside booth! Delicious food! Friendly staff and pet friendly! Has a poo bag post with attached trash basket and grassy areas for travelers to relax and let puppers stretch and relieve themselves. Clean and well managed.
