We just drove off thru the drive thru. Got home and we spent extra for large but gave the same amount as a medium. Don’t fill up fries all the way so my medium was pretty much a small. SMH really !?

Waited over 5 minutes no exaggeration to even get acknowledged in the front lobby let alone my order taken, 6 kids dancing around laughing and joking that won’t even look at you, then only one woman taking orders for the drive thru as well as lobby that looks old enough to be there grandmother, making her do all the work while they play around doing tic tok dances… worst service I’ve received in quite some time and these days that’s saying ALOT!

Back in 2023, I found out I was pregnant. As time went on, one manager noticed and was so sweet and accommodating when we would go in, making sure if I had cravings they were satisfied. We became regulars (as long as she was there because she is just so sweet). We went in this past Sunday and she was there!! It’s been some time so I wasn’t sure if she would remember and she absolutely did. She loved on my girl and made sure she was taken care of, fully. I’ve worked in the industry on and off since I was 16 and never received such amazing service. I hope Wendy’s cherishes her as an employee because she is what they should look too as the standard.

Specifically ordered a SMALL sized combo. Then was asked “Medium or Large?” and responded again SMALL. Store charged me for medium and would not post credit back to my card and instead wanted me to drive all the way back to the store for a $0.50-0.75 cash credit. Worst customer service and questioning whether store is fraudulently doing this to others because of how specific I was about wanting a small.

I have frequented this Wendy’s on several occasions. Although the food quality is consistent, the establishment lacks fundamental customer service skills and does not feel welcoming. As a loyal fan of the brand, I believe this location has the potential to provide a much better experience.

Managers dont have a clue what to do. How you dont know how to use mobile pay and lie and say they switched things around so she dont know how to get to it. But other workers used it with no problems. It’s always problems with this particular manager will never go back.

Easily the best Wendy’s. It’s Gold! I love their Big Salad. Tomatoes the size of volleyballs! Whenever I want serenity now from working on the Penske file I go here for the opposite of whatever I want, nothing has ever gone right for me until I started doing the opposite. Even the soup is a meal! They don’t sell duck, but if they did I bet they’d fly them in from Newfoundland. I enjoyed myself so much the last time I told the girl “I’m giving you a raise!” Of course I have no authority to do such a thing.

Ordered a Biggie Bag & JBC Meal Deal, all the burgers were cold and only one had bacon. They forgot the chicken nuggets but gave sauce for them anyway. Called back about the order and Maribel claimed they cannot provide refunds because they “don’t keep payment information”.
Had it just been a messed up order, or cold food, I’d have just been more diligent about checking the order before I left. Once they lied to me about not being able to issue a refund, I knew I was leaving a bad review. Will not return.

I said no tomatoes for my sons sandwich bc he is allergic not only did the lady over the phone swore her sandwich maker never makes any mistakes she lied and said the back of the receipt said there are no refunds .
