The staff was very friendly, brought our drinks/food to our table. We enjoyed our coffee while sitting in the store crocheting. Staff seemed to enjoy each other’s company and cleaned when not making drinks. Coffee was hot and perfect. Coffee cake was delicious!

Came into the place the other day and this barista was super rude. I can’t remember her name but she was on the shorter side with curly hair and acne. Super rude and honestly I do not want to step into that business again. I hope she gets a talk to because her attitude was terrible. Especially to paying customers!! 0/10. I did not want to leave a review at first but my son suggested I should.

Just a standard Starbucks but the service today 5/20/25 via drive through at about 3:15 PM was exceptional. Very attentive and gave suggestions, which was nice. Definitely tip worthy! I haven’t experienced service that good before and it seemed to be a student worker. Definitely deserves a raise! I’m a visiting Wartburg alum!

Every time I order I always ask for light ice. Sometimes there will be light ice and most of the time half of my drink has ice in it.

The drinks and food taste good ofc because it’s starbucks. But they almost always get my order wrong. One time they gave me the wrong sandwich. Also don’t bother asking for extra fruit bits in your drink because it’s like they don’t put any in it. I love starbucks but this one isn’t as good as others I’ve been to. Won’t stop my love of starbucks though!

Coffee was great, no issue. However the lady at the window had nothing but attitude we asked her how the new business was doing and she rolled her eyes and stood there dumbfounded, she told me my bill was 13.50$ and she handed the pin pad out the window so I could tap my card, my card didn’t ping so after she rudely cleared her throat I looked down and it wasn’t accepting my card because I hadn’t selected a Tip, my options were generally acceptable I think one was 1.75 and the other was 3$ something the third one which she was staring at was over 8$ off a 13$ bill, I selected the 1$ one and she rolled her eyes again and yanked the pin pad away, I waited 8 minutes for my coffee as her and her co workers were chatting and very slowly putting together my 2 drink order, when she handed me my drinks she damn near threw them in my car and when my husband said thank you she slammed the window shut

Myself and my kids love going to this starbucks! We go there every morning when we are in town visiting my sisters! Every employee here is polite and hard working! They are very caring and good at making the drinks they offer! Their service is usually quick depending on how busy they are but never take a long time no matter how busy they get! My daughter loves their macha and I can’t get away from their carmel machiatto!
