Dear Lord, guide us in our interactions with others. I’ve had a disappointing experience at this establishment and feel compelled to share it. After ordering, my driver arrived quickly, and I informed the ‘short Hispanic manager’ I’d return before they close at 12am. She assured me it’d take just a minute, consulting with the chef who said 2 minutes. However, after 5 minutes, I had to leave. I notified the front teller I’d return, but the manager chased me down the parking lot, stating “it’s only the fries left.” When I said I’d return, she responded with profanity, saying she’d refuse to make me a fresh meal. I hadn’t asked for one or a refund, just intended to return. Due to her poor service, I cancelled the order and requested a refund.
Let’s strive for kindness and good communication, reflecting God’s love. This location won’t earn my business again. Be cautious of the short Hispanic manager with an attitude. May God bless and guide us all in our endeavors.

I had an absolute wonderful experience.
They all smiled and seemed happy to help. This was my second time visiting this location and it was A+ service. Everything was fresh and piping hot.
The chef/head cook advised it would be 5 more minutes for fresh everything. While waiting I asked about their new Hot Honey Garlic and Sriracha wings and was provided a sample of the seasonings used. I didn’t realize it was the Manager who was assisting me until I was about to leave.
We will definitely keep coming back to this location!

Repeat bad experience at this Grapevine location. Poor management. Places order on the app and called them within a minute for special instructions like not add additional salt to lemon pepper flavor wings and to French fries. Up on open the food at home, both were extremely salty and I not able to eat. Called store and expressed our concerns and store manager apologized for the bad experience and offered for future free meals. After 2 weeks try to placed another order and they refused for that offer claiming it’s not in the system and the employees (manager in duty) was so rude. So be careful with future orders and try to avoid this location.

i came in to the store craving wingstop since it’s one of my pregnancy craving. when i got my order i realized some of the chicken was not cooked all the way when i asked to be cooked well done then went into the store and showed them the uncooked chicken and the short hispanic general manger proceeds to tell me it’s not under cooked and that she would not sell uncooked chicken to the customer when she doesn’t even know what the chicken looks like from the inside and was giving me a hard time when i asked for a refund, since that can literally make me so sick or hurt my baby. the general manger could’ve really gone about a different way about the whole situation but was very unprofessional. do not recommend coming if u ever crave wing stop

My first time trying wingstop & i WAS NOT disappointed, accommodating & friendly staff, fresh food all around good experience. Unlike most fast food location where the give you old food, this location makes your food cook to order. Also, as a hot wing lover their hot honey won the show. The original hot was okay, but i LOVED the hot honey. 10/10 recommend.

I had an incredible experience at this Wingstop! The manager and staff deserve so much credit for creating such a welcoming and professional environment. The restaurant was spotless, from the dining area to the restrooms, and the clean atmosphere made the visit even more enjoyable. The service was top-notch—friendly, attentive, and quick. You can tell the team takes pride in both their work and their customers. Thank you for such a great experience—I’ll definitely be back!

Had made an online order with their signature ranch. Well they messed up the order so i had to drive back again to let them know and they didn’t fix anything.
Bad service. Worst service. They need to be better and not only fix but make the customers want to come again.

So this is my first time having a bad experience with an online order. The boneless wings were dry and tiny. My lemon pepper count was off also. I really don’t appreciate that I got tiny boneless bites and not boneless chicken wings. Today’s order was mediocre.
