I order weekly and I’ve actually never had a problem with the service or the food. The only time there has ever been an issue is when I call and it makes me order through a call center. I really appreciate this location.

Made a online order that wouldn’t give me the option for the wing flavor I was requesting so I asked the lady at the counter who responded I don’t know how to complete the online orders so I ended up with flavors I didn’t even want nor the option to request special instructions it would help if the employees was more knowledgeable about how the company they work for systems work I will not be back to this location .

Edit: your response is insulting, we have tried calling the location to get a refund. You call in and it’s a call canter that cant help and ask to be transferred to the store. Been on hold for 30 min still no one. You absolutely dont care. Pick up the phone!!!

ordered two personal pan pizzas—one with two toppings and the other with three. I asked the employee if they could mark the one with three toppings, but she struggled to figure out how to label it. When I got home, I still couldn’t tell which pizza was which, so I feel like I wasted my money. There really needs to be a better system in place so customers don’t have to guess whose pizza is whose.

I havent had pizza hut in many years. I went here one time to try it out again. Tried and loved it. I started ordering here every sunday for pickup. Whats funny is that this pizza hut is like twenty minutes away from where i live. There is one closer, but this one the food is always good and the people are nice.
The teenagers who work there are so respectful which is rare to find in their generation.

Then we tried to call to see what can be done, stayed on hold for a total of 15 minutes combined both times we called. No response. This is wild. I waited for OVER an hour for delivery and then when I called whoever answered the phone lied about there being an accident in front of the store which was causing the delay. And I had to end up going to pick up my pizza myself and by the time I got there my pizza STILL wasn’t delivered. The lady whom I spoke with at the store was so rude to me because I had questions and concerns about MY order that I paid for. Beyond unprofessional! She tried to over talk me and waved me off like I’m a child. Would not recommend ordering from here. Simple communication would have made this experience a little better.

I just tried a pizza from this place for the first time, and my experience was mixed. On the positive side, my order was correct, and the pizza came with the sauce I requested. However, the pizza itself was undercooked, which was quite disappointing. After attempting to grab a slice, it practically fell apart in my hand. Additionally, I ordered for curbside pickup, but after a while of waiting no one came out. After going inside to get my order, I was informed that’s they only had a small sign on the corner to inform customers, which was easy to miss. Overall, while they got my order right, the execution left a lot to be desired.
