The main door was locked at 8:53 p.m. and so I went around after ssiung another trucker at window and he was already gone. Jeremy, the manager was helping a vehicle out and I asked if I could order at window and he acted like I was an inconvenience kinda it was obvious and said oh I guess c’mon over. Mind you I stopped at 4 other places last 3 hours driving a semi with similiar situations with people coming to work but not really working. I asked him what time lobby was suppose to be open, he said indeed 10 p.m that the door next to drive thru is still open which is facing a spot in parking lot no one faces. Didn’t even offer to let me come in off the cold and eat. That’s a you problem, not an I problem Jeremy.

I’m not normally one to leave bad reviews, but my order tonight was all bad. Rotten lettuce in a salad and a messed-up baconator that wasn’t supposed to have mayo. Called the store 3 times, and nobody answered. $16 of my $25 order down the drain.

Decided to check out the new Wendy’s, wend inside to check out the interior which was nicer than your typical fast food joint. They have two new kiosks that you can place orders at and a Coke freestyle machine. The food took a little longer to get out to me but it was hot, only bad thing was they forgot my sauce but I can forgive that due to the new staff. Will definitely be coming back.

Okay, so self kiosks was not working neither of them right so I go to the front. Then there is a sign that says basically says short staffed use self Kiosks. I’m standing there for like 5mins no service, no acknowledgement, lock the lobby already then. There are so many other options in that area dont waste your time!!

Every time I come to this Wendy’s there’s always a negative experience; between wait time or my order. I tried being patient bc I know what it’s like working food service but I can’t keep defending this place. The last few times I’ve gone they’ve gotten my orders wrong; I always do it through mobile ordering. Today when I was in drive through one of the ladies handed me someone else’s meal and I kindly returned it and told her which meals I had to pick up. I ordered 10 nuggets spicy (combo) with coffee and then used my rewards for another 10 regular nuggets. I picked up my coworkers food too (he got a Dave’s without mayo and pickles).
After already having been waiting and then given the wrong order, when they gave me the two bags I did a quick check and saw the nuggets and a burger, but when I got to my job, it was my coworkers nuggets and burger (which they added mayo and pickles to still). Unfortunately my 20 nuggets were not there, and instead I got someone else’s Pretzel Baconator. So I didn’t get anything of my order aside from the fries and coffee. What’s the point of using Rewards if I don’t even get what I earned lmao. This is one of the worst, most inconsistent Wendy’s I have ever been to. I didn’t go back so I just ate what was given ♀️ The other person probably got my nuggets, enjoy the 20 I paid for.

Update: The GM was kind and understanding and wanted to give me anything to make up for it and make a fresh new salad. Thank you for making things right!
First of all, they are always backed up in drive thru because they still refuse to open the lobby.
Second, every time I try them again I either get a rotten salad or food make poorly/incorrectly.
Reason 1 makes reason 2 a pain since you have to get back in line and wait 20 minutes again.
Sometimes they take one order at a time, make it, get them out before taking another order.
Sitting in line again as I write this because someone got me a salad with more Bleu than cheese and the other toppings are old and slimy.

This Wendy’s has hit the spot every. single. time. The staff is always incredible no matter who I get. They’ve never messed up an order out of the 15+ times I’ve ordered here in the last several months. Just tonight I forgot to add fries to my order and the kind woman at the window threw them into the bag for me on the house. Food is always fresh and done fast no matter the time of day. One of the best places on 14 in my opinion! Thanks Streetsboro Wendy’s for never missing the mark!
