Today was a horrible experience. The 2 ladies working did not appear to be thrilled working. I ordered something different. I got the buffalo chicken wrap. It only had 4 small bites of chicken and all of the buffalo sauce was on one end so it set my mouth a blaze! I have NEVER HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE HERE UNTIL TODAY! The place is clean as usual no complaints there. I will just stick to my regular lunch item to steer clear of being disappointed.

after being a regular here for a few years i’ve watched the quality decline significantly since they got new management. i ordered a Thai wrap today and it’s half the portion size they used to make. last week i got a thai salad and they put Parmesan crisps in it instead of wontons. nearly any time i order pickup now my order is wrong somehow. very disappointing as this is one of the only healthy options for lunch near me.

The female bathroom was busted and one of the employees had to go next door to use a female bathroom. Even the sign outside has a birds nest in it. Wow ! Definitely needs some TLC this place.

I informed the staff before payment that the purchase would be split due to my corporate per diem limit. The staff agreed to split the payment, yet proceeded to charge my corporate card for the full amount without authorization.
When I immediately requested a refund, before any food had been prepared I was told that refunds were not allowed, leaving me no choice but to take the order even though the transaction was not processed according to my instructions.
This situation represents an unauthorized full charge and a refusal to honor an agreed payment arrangement, which may fall under the Florida Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act (FDUTPA) as an unfair business practice.
Because the issue was not resolved on-site, I’ll be filing a formal complaint with the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (FDACS) for review.

I must say the Buffalo chicken sub sandwich is absolutely amazingly delicious .
I don’t even like Buffalo sauce at all however, I took a bite of my wife’s and been hooked ever since.

Food wash cold and the rice in my wrap was old and hard. Took 5-10 minutes for someone to wait on me. All of the other tropical smoothies in the area are better

If I could leave zero stars I would! What happened to the last manager? Everything ran smoothly and my food was always made right and ready when I arrived for my online order. This new manager has an attitude w every customer. Since he’s taken over I haven’t recieved the correct food or any food at all. I’m $30 in the negative. One cashier said he would replace the missing items but the manager wouldn’t let him. And I was met w anger when I requested my food or refund. I just left and haven’t returned since. Please let the community know when you’ve hired a new manager. Until then you have lost my business. And I order 2 plus times a week so I have healthy food to eat at work. After speaking w neighbors they have told me they have had the same experiences. Such a bummer really.

Update: was finished drinking my smoothie and it was the worst I have ever gotten from this place in over 10 years. There was like some strange pasty stuff on bottom of cup. What the hell? now great smoothies suck from here. A shame really.

Sad. Sticky floors, overflowing trash can, no air conditioning, and nobody coming to take your order. I had to go back to the kitchen to find an employee. And yeah, the kitchen is trashed too. This place needs a manager or at least someone who cares.
