If I could give 0 stars I would, the lady dropped a pan and then picked it up off the floor and made my sandwich with the same gloves. She was rude to my girlfriend when she asked for the sub toasted treating her like she was stupid saying “well you need to tell me what meat you want first” when she already said a veggie sub. She put an ungodly amount of mayo on my daughter’s sandwich then the tiniest amount of ranch on my chicken bacon ranch. When wrapping my girlfriend’s sub all of the veggies fell out and she just put them on the paper and wrapped it like that. She forgot the bacon on my chicken bacon ranch. The store was also disgusting, but you could probably tell from all the other reviews of this place. They were closing early with all the cutting boards and utensils not out (putting the chicken on my sandwich with here hands not portioning it) and half of the pans gone from the front line. Subway was my first job and I know they aren’t known for the greatest service or procedures, but this was a new low. I regret spending 50 dollars here, and should’ve left the line as soon as I saw what this lady was doing

Very fresh bread. Tuna sandwich was excellent. Employee was pleasant. Only complaint is that there was only one employee and the line was long during lunch so service was slow.

Disgustingly dirty. Asked for a tuna sandwich and the rude lady grabbed it out of the pan with her hand, not tools, her hand. After I said that was gross and unsanitary she threw it back in the pan with half of it going into other pans. I just walked away at that point along with everyone else in line.

Usually I have great experiences at this location. But this was a whole different experience. Not sure why one of the employees had a baby doll with them the entire time but it was absolutely ridiculous. What would take me five minutes at another location took me 15-20 here simply because that employee took forever ringing people out.

Good choice for lower calorie meal. Usually very busy, especially during the weekend. Most of the time I only see one side open. Soda refills are not free.

The women working tonight was very kind and fast, but the man working the cash register had a school maniquin baby crying every 30 seconds and we were in a rush to be somewhere extremely important. It took a total of 20 minutes to check out at the register for 3 people, because of the fake baby that shouldn’t even be in there.I recommend not attending the subway when this man is working.

I’m consistently amazed by the positive customer service at this location. I realize it’s not easy to service hungry mall customers all day, but this location does so with price, friendliness, and efficiency. Kudos to them. The young man, whose name escapes me, even struck up a conversation with me while serving his line. This location does a great job!

I did a weekend to myself and left a gift basket for my husband and daughter with popcorn and candy and some gift cards. I figured because they were visa gift cards they’d be ok anywhere. The person that helped my husband and daughter comped their meals. And honestly that was so sweet of them! Not many places and people do that stuff anymore, so thank you to that staff member. As for food i can’t tell you how it was but customer service was excellent.

Staff are plain rude. And all their “tools” and kitchenware is disgustingly dirty. Do not eat here unless u want to get multiple diseases.
