I usually never go to a restaurant when it first opens. I like to wait months before going and trying it out. I was very disappointed that I didn’t stick to my knowledgable rule as the taste of the food wasn’t even close to being good. I wanted black beans but they were out. Other reviews show them running out of items before the day is over. The service was good and the atmosphere was nice. Easy to navigate to and from but sits in a very busy intersection and area. I’ll return in the future to hopefully update my review!

I’m honestly impressed with Chipotle’s new “economic collapse portion size” concept.
Paid $15 for a bowl that appears to have been assembled during wartime rationing. The rice portion was approximately six grains, the chicken was a rumor and cold at that, and the guacamole was so brown I’m fairly certain it qualified for a historical preservation grant.
The sour cream had developed a crust like it was preparing to enter its pottery era.
I’m not saying the portion was small, but if a mouse walked by it would have filed a complaint with HR.
At this point Chipotle should just hand customers a spoon, a receipt, and directions to the nearest grocery store so we can finish making the meal ourselves.

We ordered Chipotle when it first opened. After picking the food up and getting home both bowls in our order were missing various items. We said we would give them one more try and ordered for dinner tonight. This time the employee was rude when we were picking the order up and both bowls were missing more items than last time. I contacted customer service and they said nothing could be done. This is a poorly run business and we do not plan on returning to this location. There are plenty of amazing restaurants in town that offer better service and better quality foods. I have attached a photo of what my bowl looked like tonight after I opened it. I stirred it around to see that over half of the requested items were missing.

Was so hungry around 11 did doordash for Chipotle which mind you was 20$ all together. I got a burrito bowl with regular chicken, rice, beans, cheese, lettuce, and sour cream. This is the bs I got, chicken wrong, no beans, no lettuce, no sour cream, and not even half a bowl of the slop they sent. Will not order from here again. Thank you to doordash for quick delivery and a refund, this went right in the trash.

Waited 40 minutes in the pick up line only to get to the window and the food we ordered almost an hour prior was not even ready. Had to wait another 5 at the actual window for the food. Finally get the food and both orders were completely wrong. I was missing ingredients I ordered and had additional stuff in the bowl definitely did not order.

I really can only rate the food I received yuk for this to be a new spot I was thinking maybe it would be good but no I ordered a quesadilla and omg it was dry the meat was hard and the tortilla was so hard to bite into I stopped eating it because I have stomach issues and this right here would have tore it up I already felt sick eating that one half presentation was maybe a 4 I asked for queso and they put it in this plastic side dish that was spilling everywhere but gave me my other side in container and even thought I door dashed it because I don’t like alot of people very antisocial so my food for what I got was 20$ am not gonna include the door dash fee only because they did there part haven’t had any issues with DoorDash basically wasn’t worth what I paid for so am never gonna eat there again not at this location they need to do better

Food was great! Price was extreme! Basically street tacos. Restaurant prices with less than fast food service. Wait times are horrible, seating cluttered, reminded me of a small bar. Crew was wonderful and nice. The size of the meals I don’t think matches the price. Unfortunately why I give two stars.

It would be one thing if it was two times out of many that I didn’t get all of my food I ordered and a small bowl with too small of servings. But the two times I’ve went I had a messed up bowl is the two times I’ve been at all. Yes they’re a newly opened restaurant but this is something that wouldn’t fly anywhere else even when freshly opened. It looks like another business that’s going to go under because the quality and care from the employees doesn’t exist.
