This subway is so unprofessional. The worker lied and said his name was “Ricky” & wouldn’t give the other employees name. They hung up on me when I called on the phone & were very rude. It is now 8:45 & they close at 9:30 (according to the website) however, the sign on the door says 9:00pm. The workers are rude & closed the store down 20 minutes before scheduled time stating that he needed 15 minutes to prepare to close? What?? When your schedule is clearly 8-9, you prepare to close when your doors shut at CLOSING TIME. I came to get some cookies & he stated he did not have any & I am looking at all of the cookies. Ever since the new management took this establishment has been beyond unsatisfactory. Here one of them are laying down and it’s not even STILL 9:00pm, it’s currently 8:50pm. The meat is always slimy & the lettuce is never fresh. DO NOT COME HERE! And they do not respect African American customers. WORST SUBWAY EVER.

Very Clean Store The Older Gentlemen took my Order and Was Very Nice I had a 6 inch Sweet Onion Teriyaki on Wheat Toasted with White American Baked Chips Bottle Sprite they were out of Ice.But The Sandwich was Delicious.The Young Man and Young Lady that have been working there are Very Nice Polite,Kind and Respectful. The Restaurant had a Make over it Looks Really good and is Very Clean.

The people seemed alright but when I got my food and seen the price things where no longer good, I was over charged for a sandwich I got down the road that was better cooked and put together and a additional sandwich and other things for $30 from here I got 1 sandwich a drink and chips for 30 it just didn’t make sense

I do go to this subway only because it is convenient. It is still a ‘one star’ based on the people that work there. The younger, heavy set woman that works part time there is just plain mean and hateful. Why do people have to act like that?!? The subs are okay though.
They didn’t honor the Subway coupons. They overcharged me. The one female employee can not understand, speak, nor read English. She is either very lazy and doesn’t try to learn English or she doesn’t want to learn English. She’s been there several years now and if you say anything other than a simple, exact order she has to call an interpreter. She’ll hand the phone to you, you’ll give your order to the person on the phone, and then hand the phone back to her so she’ll know what to make. All this detracts for Subway Subs which are normally pretty good.

This franchise is privately owned and everytime I go there I am treated like they are doing me a favor. The ingredients are old and they add very little of everything. Everytine I try to use a coupon they ask me to scan myself. Then they “SEE NO SCAN NO SCAN” THEY WOULD NOT HONOR ANY COUPONS I TRY TO USE. I went right after to the Sbway on Westbank express way by Home Depot and I was treated so wonderfully. SURPRISE THE SAME COUPON SCANNED! THESE PEOPLEAT THE SUBWAY BY THE BEAUTY SCHOOL AT TERRYPARK WAY ARE AWFUL! DON’T RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE. RUDE AND DISGUSTING WITH ALL THE CUSTOMERS! I RECOMMEND THE ONE BY HOME DEPOT. WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE ALWAYS.

They dont accept any coupons per employee. Also employee playing loud music while talking to me so didnt hear my order the first time of course. He was too busy listening to music. The subs are like any other subway and the owners are nice. I like them.

But he will gladly take your money but won’t let you use the bathroom to wash your hands to eat the food you just bought from him ! Using the restroom isn’t a privilege

Just like the other guy on here, they often do not honor their own coupons. It’s not all of the employees, it’s just the older woman that works there. She will over charge you and if you catch her on it she will pretend not to speak English. I wouldn’t go there at all if it went so convenient and two other employees are really nice…
