Pretty bad. Definitely thrown together without any care. The pizza was dry and floppy and some how tasted stale. The wings were just tossed in the container with some sauce poured on them. Normally we get pretty good service and food from them. But this time was disappointing.

Fresh, hot, quality pizza! Order is correct and topping portions are appropriate. This store is a little difficult to get to depending on the direction you are coming from since it is on the corner, but the staff are nice, the food is great, well worth the challenge.

Second time going to pick up my order from this location and only have ordered twice and each time I ordered it is messed up every single time last time. There was no anchovies. There was garlic marinara sauce with nobody ordered garlic marinara sauce this time my Supremes didn’t even have vegetables or sausage, and I went to the guy behind the counter who was sweating profusely in an air-conditioned climate controlled building started yelling at me as I was exiting the property so I placed the pieces in my car went back inside to inform him that there is no excuse whatsoever to mess up peoples orders seeing how I used to work for subway at 60 hour work weeks from open to close every single day by myself and would do inventory in the middle of my lunch rush and I still manage to get peoples orders, right Mind you there’s only once that way in Sandsprings so the line would be out the door with that being said this location is horrible. It’s a health hazard to have somebody sweating like that all over peoples food and second of all I’m gonna need for the manager to contact me because Mr. Terry, whatever his name is getting loud with me , was definitely the inappropriate move and ended very different way first picture is the pizza one for the supreme and the second picture is Pizza two for the supreme

Ordered $70 of food to receive a 3 meat pizza that looks like a cheese, jalapeno poppers that were crushed, and a cookie that was like a brick. I called to talk to a manager and they agreed to make me a new one but didn’t act like they cared a whole lot that they gave me a bad pizza in the first place and told me the only way they would replace it was if I brought the old pizza up there. When I went to replace the pizza the overall appearance of the store was dirty and dingy and the worker was not utilizing gloves (even in the middle of a pandemic). Overall I’m wondering why I spent $70 dollars on a bunch of subpar food that’s no better than a frozen pizza at walmart. Will not be ordering from here again.

Delivery seemed fast which was nice. The NY (pictured) is definitely just a regular large pizza and the 505 Hatch Chili was pretty undercooked – not sure if that’s normal bc of all the toppings.

For a pizza chain the pizza is very good. Always consistent in the quality at this location. Cook times are quick and customer service is always on point. Don’t forget about the #PapaThunder deal that you can get when the thunder play (50%) pizzas. I do love that they give you some garlic butter, it’s a nice added touch.

I have been using this location for over 10 years and have always been happy with everything but over the last few months it’s consistently been disappointing on Pick-up and Delivered orders both that I’ve used. Keep getting these where the middle is completely undercooked and glued to the middle of the box. I’m not sure what’s going on but this is not how this location usually is!

I ordered 2 large stuffed crust pizzas on both 4.22.25 and 4.25.25 for our family. The first order was ruined when my wife pulled out a long hair from her mouth and started gagging. This past week my son took his first bite and pulled another long hair from his mouth. I spent a total of $46.17 on eaxh order and had hair baked into our pizza both times. This is unacceptable.

Management is absolutely clueless, and a bunch of liars. When our order went out for delivery – driver had another order to deliver first – no problem, right? Driver decided to take a route that is congested with 5 o’clock traffic and apparently got distracted because after delivering the order the driver by passes us and heads back to the store. My husband calls and talks to someone at the store, looks into the issue, then tells us they would talk to driver and remake our order. Then we notice the driver finally turns around and head back to us with our original order. Order arrives and is cold – cheese is translucent and looks old. So we wait because they said they were remaking the order. An hour later husband calls back, and different manager on duty now – has no idea about anything. Husband asked about the status of the remake order and he informs us that the other manager is going to call us but no new order is currently being made. Then manager asked – “you did get your order, right?” Husband explains the quality of the order and then explains again the issue with the first delivery. Manager did not care. Husband asks for corporate number and manager gives 101 excuses as to why he does not have that number. As of now – 2 hours later the “other” manager has yet to call us back! Absolutely unprofessional! It awful to – because this place makes the best pizza bowls around this area. I will not be ordering from here again – customer service is not what it used to be!
