Wow! It has been 13 years since I first “discovered” Ani. I cannot count the number of times I have eaten or taken away Ani’s food. All I can say is it seems to have gotten better and better over the years. I’ve been away from the area for a few years now and when I returned this week all I wanted was Ani’s shawarma! It was easily the best meal I had during my brief stay in Watertown. Ari added some hot sauce this time around and the flavor just jumped out of the wrap and into your mouth. If you are in the Belmont/Watertown area and you want a fresh, delicious meal visit Ani. You will be happy you did.

Bought the small dinner for 5 people with beef, chicken & lamb. Dinner was SO delicious!
We picked up the food at 5:15 and it was packed in an insulated container because I knew we wouldn’t be eating until 7 pm.
Even almost 2 hours after picking the food up, it was still warm and the meat was still juicy and so delicious.
We will definitely go back & either eat there or takeout

I enormously enjoy their Shwarms(s)
and go through withdrawals if I go a week without one
They’ve also served me well doing well made midwestern large platters when I’m celebrating
They were open yesterday during our winter white out and saved my day
I consider my self a seasoned shawarma sommelier doing business with every mid east server in the area and understanding that all is relative or a matter of taste but they really have it down there and have rather sweet service to go with their savory sensations – screw five starz, I give them what they deserve 10

We get delivery or take out from Ani’s regularly — we have never ordered anything we didn’t enjoy there. The wraps, chicken, falafel, and sides are our regular go-tos. Our kids love the chicken tenders and the fries are excellent.

Ani’s is my go to takeout spot in my neighborhood! The food is delicious, and the ingredients are super fresh. I usually get the chicken shawarma plate with salad and hummus. It comes with fluffy rice, a refreshing salad and a ton of chicken! Portions are huge and the staff is really nice.
