Kinda hidden on the side toward the back. Small place with karaoke stage. Loved the traditional decoration. The food was great. Customer service was great. The gentleman who serves us, not sure if he’s the owner, but he was very friendly. If I come back to this town. I would come back.

5 stars! For quality of food. Every dish we had tasted delicious. Brought us back to OC places, and better than some of the central Viet dishes in SoCal. From the house made sauce fried chicken wings (kids enjoyed), to the ca canh chua, mango salad was refreshingly good, and the morning glory was very nice. Didn’t try the pho, but kids and bro enjoyed. Bro said the banh xeo was a little hard. It just took a REALLY long time for them to prepare the food–one cook that day maybe? But food was very high quality. Friendly service. Can get a little loud inside, looks like it hosts big groups and events, they was a karaoke group in the back.

The place had such an incredible vibe and super unique food. Famous for its snails and hot pot, the food was certified fresh and had flavors I have never had before. I had the Razor/fingernail clams, snails, clams in tom yum soup, fried chicken wings, and the most unique of all – deep fried balut (not for the faint hearted, but surprisingly delicious). I would highly recommend coming here if you want unique Vietnamese bar food and to party it up with a large group.

This is not your typical restaurant, it is not what you think of a óc & lâu place. We ordered Oc xao tôi, they brought Oc xào me and lied to us, she said, “oh, it is garlic butter, but we put a little tamarind” BS! If you like having people cuss and gamble while you dine, this is your place otherwise, stay clear.

Don’t go there unless you’re one of their own.
The owner from Stockton, CA seems like a cool guy—I’ve been there several times. But twice now, the waitress acted like I didn’t even exist, even though I was clearly standing at the front door looking right at her.

Tonight was the final straw. I had family visiting from Seattle—10 of them—and we had planned to meet there. It would’ve been a fun night with great food.

But they just lost a big opportunity and a group of loyal customers.
I’ll never go back. This place used to be my go-to hangout spot, but not anymore

Love, love this place! I frequent this restaurant about 3-4 times a week. They just started offering Viet hot food Togo (which is so convenient if I’m craving comfort food and don’t feel like cooking &/or feel like eating out, I can choose my food options and bring home).. on top of reg dine in menu and I’ve also ordered yummy party trays. Always satisfied here. Delicious food, great service and comfortable atmosphere!
