It was my first restaurant experience in Malone as i moved to Fort Covington a few months ago. We typically go to Massena or Potsdam. This is such a cute little place. It gave off hybrid restaurant/pub vibes which I found especially appealing. The waitstaff was friendly and attentive. Im a steak girl and the only steak on the menu is a 16oz ribeye although it can be prepared in many ways. I had the Steak Montreal rare it was cooked to perfection. One of the most tender steaks I have ever eaten. Whomever the chef is knows how to cook a steak. I will definitely be returning to try another version of the steak there. I’ve not had a better steak since I moved to New York. Loved the place.

We were pleasantly surprised with this restaurant! Our food was delicious and our server Jamie was so kind and attentive.
I had seen calamari on the website me u but not on the restaurant menu. When I asked Jamie she said it was fine and they could make it for us. I also enjoyed their bread dip and they allowed us to purchase a small container to take home.
We look forward to going back.

Fantastic food and great service! Highly recommend the food- I had the lobster ravioli which was fantastic. Desserts were luscious.
Our server Sandy was friendly and very efficient and competent. Parking is in back with a rear entrance. Definitely going back.

My husband took me out for my birthday dinner. We absolutely LOVE this place. I’m so big on a good place to eat with a great atmosphere. The pictures don’t do it justice. The food was AMAZING. I can’t remember the exact name, but we got the steak ribeye with a very tasteful sauce. I was worried about it being spicy but it was actually very well balanced. Was so delicious. The staff were kind, they were very attentive. Our waiter was super friendly. He even checked in on me to make sure the food wasn’t too spicy. (Which I mentioned above.) Which I seriously loved. Having good employees is just as important as having good food. The prices are fair. You get a good environment, amazing service and good food. I HIGHLY recommend this place.

Made reservations for Valentine’s Day. No wait for the table. They had their shit together on seating times. Service was impeccable. Food was amazing as usual for this restaurant, despite how busy the kitchen was. Yes I am in the industry and they nailed it. 10 out of 10 all day!!

This place came highly recommended and it didn’t disappoint. I went in for a bourbon and some food. I’m not a huge fan of crab cake but was suggested to try one. It was amazing, I do not say that lightly. The sauce was absolutely incredible, all together it was one of the best tasting dishes I’ve had. Got the rib eye as well. Cooked perfectly, seasoned very well. It was really a stellar experience. The staff and owners were present, friendly, and sociable. Didn’t have to wait long, wasn’t pressured, abs they checked in regularly. I went alone to have a nice relaxing dinner and they helped make it a great one. Definitely recommend to anyone if they’re in the area.

Got the Chicken Parmesan and the Chicken Picatta. The chicken was excellent. The pasta was not. Chicken would get a 4 or 5 star review. The pasta it was served on would get a 1 star review.
Would recommend eating there. But I would also recommend their kitchen staff learns how to properly cook pasta, as it is a part of 1/3 to 1/2 of the dishes they offer.

Let’s start by saying this family run restaurant is an institution in Malone. I’ve heard from numerous friends how good this place was, and I finally made the trip. I was not disappointed. The service was stellar, my glass never went empty, and the plates were cleared the moment they were empty, and it was busy in there, so that’s not an easy feat. They are a well-oiled machine when it comes to service.
Secondly, the ambiance of this place was great. Dimly lit but not dark, bustling yet quiet enough to hear my date, and amazing pictures on the wall from local artists to capture the upstate NY feel. Even a picture of Benecio Del Toro with the family.
Lastly, the food, oh the glorious good food. It was phenomenal. Servings were huge enough that one haddock dinner was enough for my date and I. We also shared an order of meatballs as an appetizer. Everything here was worth stopping if you love Italian food. I will be back for sure. Next time, I will be trying their Italian staples, so wait for that review.

We stayed in Malone a few days and tried a good variety of restaurants and this place was head and shoulders above the rest. Yes, it’s pricey (our bill for a family of 4 was $160 with tip), but it’s absolutely worth it. Service was impeccable, the food was delicious and served quickly, and the inside was small but cozy and comfy. The Montreal steak entree was one of the 5 best steaks I ever had in my life. If you find yourself in Malone, this is the place to eat at!

Revisited this restaurant after not being in the area for a long time and was not disappointed. The staff treats their guests like they are family and do an excellent job to ensure you have a great meal. The food tasted fantastic, was portioned large, and came out quickly. The bartender made a chocolate martini in front of me that I did not try myself bur it looked fantastic. On top of that there are a few different beers on tap and plenty of different wines. I look forward to returning to try more dishes in the future.
