Service should get 10 stars. The people that helped us today were so sweet. I would go back just for the smiles! The Esquites was hot and fresh, the perfect amount of savory with a little bit of heat, no water at the bottom. I forgot how much I loved Passion fruit until I had today’s Agua fresca. The burritos are huge, definitely enough for two, sittings that is lol.

Got an elote, a horchata, a passion fruit drink, poblano pepper & cheese pupusas, and chicharron, frijole, & queso – all were so delicious!!! Some of the best taco truck food I’ve had in a long time! Definitely going to add this place to our list of favorites places to go!

Idk I used to love this spot for carne asada quesadillas. They were always heavy and filled with delicious meat and cheese. Last few times it just has been mid. Barely any meat and unmelted cheese on 3 occasions.

This is a gravel lot next to the airport so atmosphere isn’t really a thing. The food is great though. First time trying a pupusa and I enjoyed it. A very big serving! I ordered the 3 plate and couldn’t finish.

Ok so I fell in love with birria tacos last year at a food truck in Florida. I’ve since searched for birria that compared all over snohomish co. I finally found them and honestly even better! Im not just telling a story hear im telling you that 4 massive tacos with tones of cheese lots of meat consume’ that bring life and spices you can taste! I’ve never had birria tacos that you can actually taste the cinnamon. Im going to tell everyone. I may even ask for a company picnic. Thanks for completing a part of my life journey!

The Pupuseria Ana food truck has been consistently serving up amazing Salvadorian food for the last year and a half! Super friendly people running the operation and the portions are big. The food is tasty and it’s just consistently good. You can call ahead or order and wait in your vehicle with a pager device until your order is ready.

Two trucks next to each other in a gravel parking lot. Ana’s food truck has a phenomenal burrito with a kick. It’s filled with rice, beans, pickled veggies, lettuce and cheese and rolled up to perfection so you don’t need a fork and knife. The Verde salsa has good flavor and balance while the red has a solid punch. The tacos are pretty standard but I can’t wait to try the pupusas (their namesake after all) and their tortas. Great spot for lunch or dinner.

Do not order delivery from this place! I ordered tacos and dessert and the order came with no tacos, they never even called to tell me they were out of stock. Waited for my diner for over an hour just to end up with no dinner and a soggy dessert
