We wanted breakfast not too far from the campground. This is definitely a local place ran by 4 or 5 women.
The dining room is small with about 10 tables and nearly as many counter seats.
The server was friendly and helpful but, definitely a busy worker.
I ordered the 2 egg combo, bacon, hash browns add onion, English muffin, and add a side of sausage gravy.
George had the Denver omlet and toast.
We seemed to be there at the beginning of a rush. Our food took a bit to come out, but was piping hot, the portions were good and flavor was on point.
The restroom, while clean, is peculiarity located behind a red door next to the front door and then through the kitchen. We will consider coming back should we be in the area again.

We went in for their great pancakes. But, it was after 11AM. No more pancakes after 11. But, I had a massive, awesome tenderloin sandwich. Not one of those that are thick as paper. This thing was larger than the plate and was probably a quarter inch thick. I cut it in half and was still more than full when I was done. Onion rings, we got the appetizer for our meal. That was the right choice. My wife and I shared them and were more than enough for both of us. These are the BIG ones. If you are wanting those skinny greasy onion strings, go somewhere else. I like this place.

Nice staff but food was bland. I went for lunch at this promising diner with counter seating and a bunch of tables. I ordered the Philly steak sandwich, fries and a side of coslaw. The staff was nice and pleasant. The sandwich looked good unfortunately it was not seasoned. Unsalted fries and very bland coslaw. The bun was not grilled. It was good but below average. The onion and cheese helped but couldn’t overcome the unseasoned beef. Next time I’ll try their breakfast.

Very local diner atmosphere. Loved it! I had a burger and vanilla shake. Cash only but there is an ATM.

Looking for a breakfast spot and this cute diner didn’t disappoint! The food was plentiful, the prices excellent, and the interior was right out of the 50s only with warmth and charm. Will make this a regular stop when visiting family!

D’s is the place to come and get some real good diner food. I got the grilled chops with over medium eggs and hashbrowns. They have coffee, tea, and soda to drink. So grab a seat while they last.
