I placed an order for two pizzas at 2:34 pm and the food didn’t show up until 4:05 pm. Once the food arrived both pizzas were cold and the pepperoni pizza was overcooked. I’m not saying don’t shop at East Brainard Road location but you should go in the store and check your pizza before leaving the store.

Food was perfect! No napkins or silverware, but maybe we missed the spot on the app to request them. Their hand tossed supreme was soo good we finished it all in one sitting. The garden salad was big enough for 2 people. The Caesar and ranch goes perfect with it. Caring staff. Convenient location. Nice hours, open til 12. Love they have wings, drinks, and pasta and many other options! Would recommend using the app to order to take advantage of any coupons easily.

Terrible location to order from. The store manager was rude. My order was made entirely wrong and instead of trying to make it right the store manager wants to argue back and forth. When asked for a refund stated he will not refund me my money. I will be reaching to corporate. We had food allergies and because the illegitimate store manger we will no longer be spending our money with dominos. The Pizza was cold. We were even so generous to tip the driver $20 prior to finding out our order was incorrectly made. Awful service they shouldn’t even get a star.

All things considered, this is a great place! From another country, I LOVE dominos!! I usually love Romans Pizza — do you know where I am from? Dominos pizza is something else entirely!!! Its pizza is not international, but it’s delivered with care and energy! All I have to say is: Domino’s, you stopped offering 2-minute wait orders because people like me got months of free pizza!? Hell yeah!

Hangs up, does not update hours. Says we closed hours ago then hangs up. Asked why they keep hanging up, so u dont call. Even got corporate involved and they dont give a shit. Dump this store.
Also have had them mark the order as prepped, not answer ur call. So you go to corporate and they day, “we forwarded this o the store!”
30+$ order not refunded. Marked as prepped for days, no response or answer on my phone number until I charged back. Management, I will be talking to everyone above you. Good luck, u aren’t capable of managing this. I’ve been in Colorado Springs in snow storms with one driver, one manager (me) and one in store P staffer. We got all orders out with zero excuses, stop being so lazy.

I order from here often. It is always quick, the manager is nice, the service is prompt, and they pay attention to the orders. I always get extra cheese and I have never had an issue getting that, or any other topping missing. The pizzas always look good and are hot and fresh when I get there. Very good domino’s location.

Pizza was made incorrectly (missing topping and undercooked) was missing the soda we ordered. called to let the store know- first time no one answered- second time someone answered and put a fake sound up to it from the sounds of it- and the third time the kid was just rude he was just rude and short with me even though I was trying to be nice, said I just wanted a refund. He said i would get a refund and it would take 2-3 days and up to 2 weeks. Decided to order from Papa John’s because even though they’re more expensive at least it’s correct and the staff isn’t short with you when they made the mistake.

I ordered online for pickup and it said 20 minutes. I got there 25 minutes later and they had not even started the order. They told me it would be an hour and a half. They offered to cancel the order and then 2 hours later I got a notification saying my pizza was ready. They charged me anyway.

I’m a regular customer at dominoes. This past week I ordered food to be delivered to my work. When the driver got there he tossed the bag on my desk and said “ this isn’t what you ordered, it will take me over an hour to get back out here so either take this or do without” I was in total shock! My local Domino’s is great. I primarily use the car side delivery and they are super quick and always friendly when I pick up my order. My family eats Pizza almost every Friday and Domino’s has been our go-to pizza for longer than I’d like to admit.
