We ordered from Domino’s Pizza 201 Mildred St. in Ranson. They delivered a pizza that was wet and soggy. We called and told them the pizza was a mess. So, they delivered a 2nd pizza and the 2nd was as worst as the 1st. Insulted by the 2nd delivery we went to Domino’s with the pizza’s showing what they delivered us. And to top it off, the cook had the audacity to asked can he make another one. Really!Aaaaannnnd, the manager did not apologize for this terrible service. When we returned home, I had to clean the front porch and the chair they put the pizza’s on from liquid that dripped from the box! This was definitely a spoiler for a Saturday!

We ordered 2 pizzas one with extra cheese and one with extra pepperoni. The extra cheese pizza had 3 that only had half cheese on each slice and one slice was almost completely cheese-less. The pepperoni pizza also had one slice that was almost cheese-less and it did not look like extra pepperoni just the normal amount. The delivery was quick.

Service was fine, staff responsive, but pizza was mediocre and ordering want very intuitive. When ordering special deals, they make you select your pizzas and toppings, but they give you a much wider selection than what’s within the deal options without telling you what fits and what doesn’t, and without warning or cost changes on what you select. You have to and it to the car to find out if you went over or if the crust, topping, or special pizza type costs more. Before too long, you have a bunch of different orders pulled up just to see what works and what doesn’t, and since you6r are selecting based on a special, no pricing information is provided until you refill your cart. It’s like Russian roulette with pizza orders. Of course, that was on the site and not in the app, but since it’s my first Domino’s order in 10 years, I’m not downloading the app just so I can get swamped with emails and ads until I figure out if the pizza is any good or until I figure out how to enable all the privacy settings. … Well, the pizza wasn’t good enough to bother with the app for now, but the web site sucks as well

Absolute worst pizza experience I’ve ever had. The pizza looked like it had been run over. The toppings were skimpy and I never received a confirmation of my order, or notification that it was ready for pickup. I walked in, and several young people were standing around behind the counter just talking amongst themselves not really paying attention to the customer (me) at the counter. I finally got someone’s attention, and they handed me my pizza. I got it home, and saw what I paid for, and immediately threw it in the trash. It looked disgusting, I was so disappointed, I’ll never go back!!

Their six topping pizza deal is not really a deal at all. They may put six different things on it, but they put the same amount as if it was a one topping pizza. Pepperoni was one of the toppings. I averaged one piece of pepperoni on each slice And two the slices had absolutely no pepperonis on them. They should just caught a one topping pizza with six different types of topping.

Staying at a nearby hotel and ordered pizza. Was actually watching there tracker when I saw the progress bar go from Quality check, to deliver, back to quality check and then to delivered – all within the time of about 5 seconds. Pizza was actually delivered about 5 min later. Pizza was good. service was great. I’m thinking the store is showing delivered when the driver leaves the store in order to increase their quick delivery stats. Could be wrong, but that is the impression. Again, food was good. Delivery was quick. I would order again.
