We drove by Indiana and smelled bbq in the air.
Lo and behold we came across this place! As soon as we pulled up we were greeted with smiles and the owner was very kind to give our boys a treat.
We got the sliced brisket sandwich (spicy bbq sauce) and the pulled pork sandwich (spicy bbq sauce) and by the last pic you can tell how it went lol. Everything tasted so good and to top it off the lemonade was very refreshing! Definitely coming back again!

A quick trip through the drive through and I had a sliced brisket sandwich and jalapeno cheese sausage wrap. The sausage came plain on a tortilla.
The brisket was not very flavorful or tender. The fat was not well rendered enough to be left on the slices which would have been better trimmed.
With the variety and quality of bbq establishments in the area I think there’s some improvement to be made to be competitve. Unfortunately I found this meal to be disappointing.

We ordered a full smoked brisket from Tommy Bob’s for our family’s Christmas Day meal. We have done briskets for several years now, trying different places in town, but this one was by far our favorite! There was plenty of meat (very little fat), it was tender and flavorful, and the service was great! Thank you, Aiden, for taking the order and for ensuring that the details were lined out, and thank you, Lucas for preparing some great food for us!
Side note, for anyone that can use this info, the brisket we ordered, along with the brisket nachos on the menu, are gluten friendly! Can’t say for certain it is totally gluten free, but those have checked out so far!
