This Starbucks location is by far the worst in the area. Although our office is conveniently situated just across the street, we’ve made the decision to drive to other locations because the service here is consistently unacceptable. The staff is often slow and seems to lack basic competence, which contributes to a frustrating experience every time we visit. Just the other day, I ordered a wrap, and to my disappointment, it arrived cold instead of the warm, fresh meal I expected. This is not the level of quality or service that should be tolerated at any Starbucks. Improvements are urgently needed to rectify these ongoing issues and provide customers with a satisfactory experience.

This is the 2nd time I ordered a Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccino from here and the first time I hard to receive a refund because there wasn’t any caramel. This is the 2nd time I ordered one and still no caramel I even asked for an extra pump just to be safe. Every other location can do it right but this one. At least 5 y’all, come on lol

Got a drink and almost drank half and as I was chewing on the Java chips I bit into glass. I’m pregnant and freaking out because where did the glass come from? They acted like they didn’t even care. No compassion. I won’t be coming here again. UPDATE! Called customer service and tried giving me money instead of handling the situation!!! What a horrible company! I don’t want money I want the people who were responsible to be fired! They laughed in my face and said it wasn’t a big deal!

I ordered two coffees,a refresher drink and a cake pop from the location on Manchester in St.Louis,MO. When my delivery driver arrived the bag started leaking coffee and my cake pop was soaked with coffee. I don’t drink coffee so that was disappointing. Also, my refresher drink was no where to be found. I have pictures for proof. Coffee was dripping everywhere on the parking lot and ER floor. Very unhappy ER nurses at Barnes Jewish Hospital. Half of the coffees were spilled and we could tell the lids were not on all of the way. Maybe they were rushing due to closing soon? We will group order from Dunkin from now on.

I came to this location and ordered a summer berry refresher – i asked for light ice and extra pearls when i got my drink it was filled with ice and about 10 pearls. Also the employees were less than great – some had dirt under nails and some smelt of BO – and this girl named Mel (i think) gave me a really bad glare and kept eyeing me – overall a bad experience

The staff here are amazing and friendly. I have become a bit of a regular and they remember my name and order flawlessly. Drinks are always made quickly and bathrooms are immaculate. Good job, folks!
