As usual the Deerfield IL location is my favorite. Not only was my favorite employee, Nicole, working but the food was so good. The new Citrus Crunch protein bowl was delicious and so crisp. The dressing was light and refreshing. I also got a Dubai strawberry cup. A definite decadent treat. Thank you Nicole, you always make my dining experience wonderful!

Food was fresh and delicious, love the atmosphere the place has glass windows all around you so you can enjoy the scenery outside. The people that work there are super nice and welcoming! Highly suggest whether you dine in or take out they won’t disappoint.

We are no strangers to Cafe Zupas. The chocolate covered strawberries are enough to get my 4 year old in the door. The Ultimate Grilled Cheese is always on my order. I enjoy switching up my pick 2 combo, this includes a chocolate covered strawberry and a roll. This time I had the Mangoberry salad this evening and it was so good. I would absolutely get it by itself with some protein. The chicken noodle soup is my 4 year old’s favorite and I must admit it’s very flavorful and good! I enjoy their drink selections (milk or apple juice for kids). They have seasonal drinks and Coca Cola products, including my favorite Coke Zero. The best part of Cafe Zupas’ food is I know I will likely leave here with a full serving of fruit and/or vegetables!
The atmosphere is very nice because you can easily spread out, it’s bright, and for the most part clean. Tables could probably be wiped down a little more. Each table had some sort of crumbs on it. The music selection is always fun and upbeat. Plenty of seating, both tables, booths and table-booth combos. Those looking for accessible options will have options!
The staff here is always friendly, talkative, and good about any sort of promos. They encouraged me to download the app and I did! Might as well earn rewards!
Overall, whenever I feel like something healthy and to go out we head here. I have ordered on DoorDash before and it was packaged so nicely.

Zupas has always been my favorite since I lived in Utah. Always the best! BUT my main reason for this review is one of the Team Leaders, Kyle is absolutely amazing. When I broke my leg about 9 months ago I came almost everyday for a few weeks and Kyle learned my name and order and has remembered it every time I’ve come in since. Makes my day a little better every time Kyle says “hi joe” when I walk in. 10/10 best customer service I’ve had at any restaurant in my life. You guys have a great one here!

Honestly I had pretty good experiences coming here up until today. I placed a pickup order and even paid for EXTRA protein and I’m struggling to find chicken anywhere in the bowl? I’ve gotten more protein not paying for extra. Almost $16 dollars and I feel completely scammed. Will never be coming back here.

After figuring out how to manage the multiple groups of bridge players who take up all the tables and slow down ordering (I now order to go online) this place has decided to ruin an absolute staple. For some apparent “seasonal” reason, they’ve taken to replacing the standard noodles in their chicken noodle soup with large pasta balls, rendering the dish inedible. It’s almost as though they don’t have any people familiar with food, that there is a reason certain noodles are used in certain dishes. Just what every consumer wants, a bowl of broth with ping pong ball size pasta that tastes like paste. Well done. And oh by the way, it is completely misleading and false advertising as it no longer matches the picture or description. Perhaps the AG may want to take a closer look.

First time getting food from a Cafe Zupas in a few years. Order wasn’t done until almost 15 minutes after the promised time, and most of the chicken in my chicken Caesar salad was completely frozen. Can’t imagine I’ll be returning.

Placed a pickup order through the app and when I arrived, it wasn’t there (possibly picked up by someone else). The employee was not helpful at all, and after going back and forth I was told I had to reorder and wait for a refund. Very inconvenient and poor customer service. This should have been handled much better.

The service was extraordinary. Huge shot out to Mel, Kyle and Gaby for helping me with the menu and staying patient with me when I was being picky. The food itself was really good, I got the chipotle glaze it had a tangy, mild kick to it which I loved. When I moved over to the dining room it looked really clean and stocked in items. I certainly recommend for you guys to try the house made drinks!
