Bruh ordered BBQ wings and there was very little sauce and they forgot to add the dipping sauce to the order so my wings were basically sauceless

They need to update or fix the app. The app won’t allow delivery if you are more then 3miles… kinda sus given it’s in a rural area and it’s supposed to average about 10-12miles for rural areas. But if you call them and ask for delivery they do actually deliver up to a 7 mile radius. So if the app rejects you and you are within 7miles call them they will deliver! But the 1 star rating is because THEY WOULD NOT HONOR THE MIX & MATCH FOR 6.99 DEAL. This really bums me out because dominos is my go to but this location sucks. So I’ll just have to take my business to a different pizza company. And reading all the reviews now kinda glad I just hung up the phone because then I would’ve been really upset if I had to drive back up for a messed up order.. There’s wayyy to many same experience reviews for this location. Do better @dominos!.

Currently on hold for over 41 minutes…. waiting on someone to pick up the phone so I can have a conversation about the $110 I spent on pizza plus the $17 tip I left for the delivery driver. They forgot one of five pizzas. Four of the pizzas were “warm” at best. The one they forgot took 40 mins to get redelivered. First pizzas took over an hour to get. Its December in Texas and its currently 71 degrees outside. The pizza should be the furthest from cold…. I have untill midnight for them to answer my call. I wonder if they are refusing to answer???

They get my order wrong every time. How hard is it for them to put toppings that I paid extra for on the pizza. Order buffalo sauce on the pizza and they didn’t put it on or give me a side of it. Happened 5 times already

Went in to oder a pizza that had popped up on my email, I don’t do the internet well. Patrick did an awesome job helping me get my pizza ordered, it wasn’t thru the internet cause it wasn’t working but Patrick got me a Great deal anyway. Nice guy.

My orders from the Canton TX location are never ready when it’s supposed to be, ever!! Tonight it was so wrong! Wrong toppings, no sauce, I ordered extra sauce and paid extra for more toppings! The receipt was correct.

Got that delivery because you know, its soooo cold outside, and it’s Saturday so we’re not trying to get dress to socialize with the public. But this pizza, let me tell you! 10/10 for a Saturday night! I have given this place so many chances and tonight was the last straw. This was the THIRD time I’ve had to drive to get my order after placing a order for delivery. Order was placed at 6:12 PM on a Monday evening. Website said it would take 32 minutes max. After waiting an hour, I tried calling the store to check on the order. No one would answer after repeated attempts to call. Finally drove up there. The employees blamed it on a new driver, but this is the third time this has happened with this Dominos location. Also, the phone was ringing when I was there, and the employees acted like the phone wasn’t there. Not even an attempt to answer and put them on hold. Completely ignored it. Other customer reviews say they have been told the phone doesn’t work, but it was ringing and ringing when I was there. Seemed to work great, but a working phone is of little use if no one will pick it up to answer. Was given lukewarm pizza that was quite bad when we sat down to eat it. Tasted like pizza that was leftover from the day before (which kind of makes sense because at this point it had been well over an hour since it had evidently been made). Also, one of our pizzas was not even cut into slices, which isn’t a really big deal, but just goes to show how apathetic this domino’s actually is. If I could give negative stars, I would eagerly jump at the opportunity. NEVER AGAIN!
