Had an excellent breakfast here and the prices were very good. My kids said it was the best scrambled eggs they have ever had. Love the homemade berry jam for the toast. Very friendly service. The only thing I did not like is that something on their menu that they were cooking had a pretty distinct smell that I did not care for so I was happy to get some fresh air when we left, but I’m sure not everyone will feel the same way. I will definitely be going back the next time I’m in the area looking for a good affordable breakfast.

This was our first visit to Ruth’s, and we were greeted warmly right away; every staff member we encountered was very friendly. Lacey served us and did a fantastic job!
I really enjoyed my breakfast: eggs with bacon, an English muffin (the homemade jam was lovely), and a potato pancake. I do wish applesauce had been an option, but the sour cream was a nice touch. I also ordered a pot of Earl Grey tea, which was full, flavorful, and a great pairing with breakfast.
My husband had the biscuits and gravy. Unfortunately, it didn’t quite meet his expectations. The gravy didn’t seem to have sausage and had a noticeably flour-forward taste. We’re from the South, so we’re used to a different style of gravy, but we understand it’s made differently in the North.
Overall, despite that one dish not being a hit for us, we still enjoyed our meal and appreciated the warm service and would return to try other dishes.

Excellent service and the food was delicious. I got the Florentine Eggs Benedict, it looked and tasted amazing. If you love tomatoes and spinach, this is your pick no doubt. The poached eggs were cooked perfectly. The hollandaise was creamy and tasty. Would definitely order it again when we come back. Our server was very attentive and polite. We asked him to photograph us at the table and he happily agreed. We were so glad we chose Ruth’s cafe on whim for Mother’s Day.

I will start by saying I have NEVER had a bad experience at Ruth’s until today. We love it so much we drive 20 minutes just to get there. I have never been so disappointed in Ruth’s Cafe than I am today. It started off with the employee say OH I think I just gave your order to a lady that just left. He proceeds to go out to the parking lot to find her so fast I didn’t have time to say don’t bother. I would not have taken it if he found the lady leaving I don’t know what she did when she got in her car with the food. That is probably a common mistake so we understood. We did not door dash we placed our own order to pick up because of how long our commute is. We don’t mind the drive 20 minutes to Ruth’s because it USED to be that good. We told the man we have plans and if the meal cannot be made as priority then refund us. He said the meal could be made immediately. He claimed we would get a discount but that didn’t happen and we didn’t have time to argue. We get to our destination only to discover that the sausage was so scarce in the gravy that I had to laugh from being so mad. The gravy tasted like flour with no seasoning. I didn’t eat it and through it in the trash. The skillet we ordered was missing the avocado that we paid extra for. I’m speechless. I guess just checking and counting the items in the bag to make sure everything was there was not enough we should have opened the container and the cup wrapped in Saran Wrap in the crowded lobby and looked through it. On the fence whether to brush off money and tine lost and sharing a skillet with my spouse. What a mess.

Great food and service (Allie K was our server) and fun atmosphere. I will return, especially for the caramel apple mimosa and country fried steak scramble.

This place is so neat, and the food was amazing. The decor was fun and the menu had some unique items. We went for brunch and tried a strawberry peach mimosa.

Came here on a Sunday morning because we had a certificate to use. It’s on the south side of 86th street in a strip mall across from Maggiano’s.
They have tables set up outside for dining, but it was a brisk morning so everyone was eating inside. They appear to have a couple of rooms inside, although we didn’t venture beyond the intimate main room that we were seated in.
Service was prompt and excellent. Gratefully, we saw their daily specials written on a chalkboard wall behind the entrance. My wife selected the Scramble Du Jour ($12) which were scrambled eggs with a variety of vegetables and included potatoes and toast. I chose the Skillet Special ($14) which included an egg with sausage, gravy, cheddar cheese, onions, and peppers. It was a decent portioned plate and had excellent flavor. I would absolutely order it again.
If we lived closer, we would be regulars here. They have some unique menu options I would be interested in, such as their cheesecake pancake offering. With all of the options around, I do highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a good breakfast.

We had a great experience at Ruth’s cafe!
The overall vibe is rather small but the decor is pretty entertaining.
We had a bit of a wait to get a table but they were fast at accommodating us.
I got the French toast with eggs & bacon and it was fantastic overall.
Overall, a good breakfast joint I’d recommend if you’re staying at one of the hotels at Keystone.

I’m a taylors employee so I had to make my way out here sometime. I went today with my infant son. I got the biscuits and chorizo gravy that I missed so much, and they were as good as ever. Our server was super nice, and he checked in often. Sometimes tables of 1 get a little neglected in restaurants but I did not feel that way even though the place was packed. I never had to wait for anything! Every table was full and there was a line. The only reason I took off a star was for the lack of a changing table. Unless there was one in the occupied bathroom that I didn’t see, the other one definitely didn’t have one. I ended up having to change my son on the bathroom floor on a pad. There was at least one other baby there, so I know I wouldn’t have been the only other one to have benefitted from one being there. Otherwise, everything was awesome as expected!
