This place is horrible! Workers have attitudes, I always order large iced Chai latte with less ice and extra pump of chai. The give half of the cup full of ice and I tell them to take ice of and give me an attitude they take ice off and put more milk but no chai. I practically buy a cup of milk as you can see in the picture. I live around the corner and usually go to the Dunkin in Posen but decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and unfortunately like other time they suck in preparing my drink and still give me an attitude. I don’t know how they are in business when the have so many negative reviews.

I went there on Christmas Day. (The closed at 5) I’m giving 2 stars cause I get it was a holiday, so I’m there with my dad, my stepmom placed an order online for donuts. When we get their we tell the about the Mobil order, we also put in a separate order at the speaker we ordered some kind of breakfast sandwich and peppermint mocha coffee ( SOOO GOOD) so we get to the window, the workers were two young maybe Mexican looking men, one man hands us the donuts in the bag, ( we substituted a long John for some other Chocolate donut cause they were out it chocolate long John’s) and the other man hands us a sandwich, not saying anything and closing the window. We figured we’d wait for my drink, not a lot of time goes by probably 15-45 seconds and the man opens the window and says “ why are you still here?” We ask him about the drink and he goes “ there was a drink? What was the drink?” So we told him he made it, the cup was messy leaking out with the coffee and ingredients with whipped cream everywhere. We asked for napkin, wipe it down the man closed the window without saying anything and we drove off, I just Don’t get it they were treating us like we were an inconvenience. We were the only one in the drive-through there was no one in the parking lot.

MIA & PANNA Had Very Bad Attitudes & Didn’t Have Mask On !! I Don’t Appreciate Their Customer Service. It Was Very Belligerent!!! This Has Thrown Off The Course Of My Day. I Am Very Upset With How I Was Treated! I Order 2 Coffees & A Order Of Hash Browns. They Had The Nerve To Give Me Burnt Has Browns When I Asked For FRESH!! Both Of My Coffees Were Made Incorrect!! I Took The Time Out My Day To Come Get Some Coffee & The Results Were Terrible!! I Don’t Appreciate How Your Employees Talk To People. They Need To Learn Better Customer Service. I Will Not Be Coming Back To This Location!!! I Waited 10 Mins In This Long Line To Even Get An Order!! When Taking An Order Their Is No To Have An Attitude . Better Yet If You Not Satisfied With Your Job Get A Better 1 !! But Their Is No Excuse On Taking It Out On A Customers!!!

Let me keep this short here. My more detailed review is on the Nextdoor app. In summary, I came back to this Dunkin’ after a neighboring restaurant ignored a legally Blind man with a guide stick, the manager at this Dunkin’ was not interested in allowing me to order some food and enjoying it fresh. He, like the others, would rather serve DRIVERS WITH CARS ONLY than care for ALL customers!
Shameful.
I don’t know who will join me, but I am BOYCOTTING that particular location until a formal apology is received and EQUAL service is returned to ALL customers.
If Dunkin’ management sees this, please reach out to the manager of this facility.

This was my second time getting coffee at this location, both times around 7 PM. Unfortunately, my experience has not been great. The person working at night seems to struggle with English, and my order has been incorrect both times.
Additionally, the drive-thru area feels unsafe at night because it is very dark and poorly lit. Maybe adding more lights and possibly additional staff during evening hours would help improve safety and customer service.

If I could give this location zero stars I definitely would. Set here for roughly 20 minutes. Waiting for my box of Joe. The manager was sticking around looking directly at me. Then finally one of the one of the people asked me what I was waiting for. When I said a box of Joe they just walked over and pulled a knob to dispense a box of Joe. Took 2 minutes to dispense the box and 2 minutes to grab the materials. The cups the sugar. The creamer completely wasted time. The manager with the ringing, his nose and the long man bun obviously doesn’t know what he’s doing. When I asked to talk to the manager the guy said the one with the nose piercing and man bun was him. And the one with the attitude was the manager. Didn’t appreciate it, will be avoiding this location.

I always stop there in the early morning hours. I will never stop there anymore. The male employee is always on the phone, not paying attention to what he is doing. I sit at the drive thru window much to long, without a response. I drive off. Last week he was talking on the phone, while serving me, he charged my card three times and refused to honor me two free coffee, I will never go there again. It were times, when the coffee wasn’t even hot.

Absolutely horrible service and the manager Tom is in no way helpful. He has a horrible attitude and makes many excuses for his favorite employees. I will never return again after today’s incident. Take the drive to crestwood for good correct service and no attitude but you will get a nice big smile.
