I went to this Dunkin, worst Dunkin ever. The place smelled bad. The lady Laila had a bad attitude. I ordered a light iced latte she filled the whole thing with ice, I asked them to re make it she took it with a big attitude and filled it with some milk to the top right infront of me and and said here. When we asked her how many coffees we had she’s like I don’t know you guys told me how many coffees you have when we asked to read out the order.

horrible horrible customer service. I nicely went back in and asked to have my coffee remade (it was made incorrect and I was allergic to the way it was made so if I’m spending $6 on a coffee I’d like to drink it) and the manager gave me nothing but absolute attitude the whole time, and told me it’s my fault the coffee was wrong and “I’m the reason they’re now wasting product.” I’m in the service industry and this isn’t how you treat people for something so small. don’t waste your money

Horrible experience. The only reason we came to dunkin was for the cookie butter latte as it’s my wife’s favorite. We told them they gave us the incorrect order as they gave us a coffee with a flavor my wife is allergic to. Why would we order something we have allergy to? They demanded we requested that order and would not give us the correct order. They kept fighting and refused to give us the correct order unless we paid more. The customer service was not good. You would think they would own up to their mistake and correct the order.

idk who the new rude lady is that you guys hired but every time without fail she has an attitude, attitude taking my order, attitude giving me my order, and now an attitude when i politely tell her that she forgot something in my order. im so sick of coming here and being met with rudeness and disrespect when i am doing nothing to deserve it. i come here all the time as i live down the street and my family and i are dunkin fanatics, but now i will be driving to the next closest dunkin ten minutes away because i refuse to be treated this way. and i miss whoever that sweet old lady that used to work here.

i ordered a large and my drink was filled up about 2/3rds of the way, with quite a significant amount of the cup empty. they also have a sign saying the charge extra for no ice, which i have yet to see at any other dunkin.

This has to be one of the most modern and well maintained Dunkin Donut shops that I’ve visited in quite some time. They had plenty of seating options and charging stations for me to get some work done remotely, while enjoying a cup of coffee and a quick breakfast. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly!!!! Kudos to this team…customer service is alive and well at their location.

I was there on the weekend and want to say thank you to Chris, he made my entire experience there tolerable. He clearly knew what he was doing, got my order right and was respectful. I asked the other young man what his name was, it was Ved. He was lazy. Made Chris do all the work while he stood there eating a bagel. What’s the point of paying someone to stand there and watch another coworker do all the work? Disgusting.

I went here with my dad and got some breakfast. It was top-notch, it doesn’t disappoint. The staff were nice. Hope to come here again. (By that I meant that I live in the other side of Orland Park.) Definitely the best Dunkin.

Worst Dunkin drink I’ve ever tasted not only that the girl working late is so rude I went through the drive through tryna order and she started saying huh and just giving attitude for no reason. I was going to go down and order but they were closed for some reason even though it’s only 7:30 and I had to go to the drive through again and I ordered the same thing but she ended up taking another persons drink and dumping it into a small cup and the ratio for it was so off.
