I’ve visited this location several times before deciding to write a review. The food has consistently been good, and the restroom was clean and smelled fresh, which I appreciated.
Unfortunately, the customer service did not match the quality of the food. Most of the staff appeared young and gave the impression that they didn’t want to be there. The overall attitude felt unwelcoming and inattentive. Management may want to pay closer attention to employee morale and customer interaction. If staff members are having a particularly bad day, it might be better to adjust scheduling rather than let that negatively affect customers. That would benefit the employees, the business, and the people being served.
Since this Dunkin’ is located on an Army installation, a higher standard of service would better reflect the professionalism typically associated with the environment.

I was making new memories with my sister and I had finally convinced my sister to try dunkin instead of starbucks and took her here. We pulled right up to the restaurant and ordered as there was no customers there. We ordered a few items and were told to park to wait for our order. As we waited she decided to order more items to bring home for the rest of the family to try. All together i spent more than $60. It took them a long time to bring our order and when they did it was incorrect and only 2 drinks were right, and were missing 3 items. The young lady seemed to be struggling since she was on the heavier side and was not in the best mood. Thats ok we let it go because people are allowed to have bad days. We told the girl that we missing food items and so she went back in to bring the items missing. We then noticed that my drink was missing. So my sister went inside to let her know and she got upset and told my sister she would have to pay for another one because we were not charged regardless if it was their mistake and regardless of the countless inconveniences we had experienced. My sister then told me she would switch her drink instead so that i can get my drink since i drink dunkin regularly and went inside to switch hers out for mine. So she went back in and told the lady and the lady grabbed the drink and aggressively threw it in the sink. The lady would rather throw away and waste the drink than to allow a customer to go without being thirsty or enjoy the coffee. She then made the drink upset. My sister never once disrespected her and just allowed the lady to have her terrible attitude. I apologized to my sister for the terrible customer service. It still hurts me that my sister wasn’t able to have her coffee and enjoy the experience of my favorite coffee place.

I’ve never had this happen at any other Dunkin. I always order my matcha latte without ice, and every other location still fills it up, because I’m paying for a medium (24 oz) drink, not a small.
At this location, they literally handed me a medium cup barely filled, maybe 16 oz of liquid at most, and told me this was their policy when drinks are ordered with no ice. Are you serious?? That’s not a medium drink. That’s just shorting your customers.
When I asked, the workers said it’s the manager’s policy.” It’s ridiculous, you can’t charge full price ($5.49) and then serve way less just because someone didn’t want ice. That’s basically a scam.

Well organized, clean, and quick staff. Parking lot needs a second exit onto Gunston. It easily becomes a mess when multiple customers are entering and exiting the lot. Add in the drive-thru customers trying to exit at the same time makes it worse.

I always enjoy coming to the Fort Belvoir DD location. Savannah is always there to greet customers with a smile and Nicole always has a little jokey joke ready. The whole team is pleasant!

If it wasn’t for the nice girl at the front this morning, (wish i got her name) I would’ve left 1 star but her customer service helped their bad food service. I went this morning and ordered a cheese croissant, the first croissant was cold, cheese wasn’t even melted. The second time the cheese was melted but the croissant was BURNT. I didn’t even go back in to get it fixed, i just left because I shouldn’t have to get my order fixed twice. I’ve been to this location multiple times, and never had either problem when getting just a simple cheese croissant.

Update 11/1/2025…ordered ahead for walk in 20 minutes after we arrived we get a burnt sandwich and coffee. 9:25 on thier receipt, 9:44 received. Two weeks ago we put in a mobile order and set the pick up to be “Walk in” which is our normal procedure. After arriving 10-15 minutes later we expected our 2 drinks and 10 donut holes to be ready. After they cleared the whole we finally received our food.

I can clearly feel when I hold a cup when they decide to serve a bunch of froth to reduce the amount of coffee served. This coffee is already ridiculously expensive. Not to mention it tasted almost like black coffee. Beyond sour. Do better.
