Needed a quick bite for the kids. Store was not crowded. Had to only wait a few minutes for my order to be ready. Pizza and cheese bread was hot and tasted good. Great location for us.

I’m tired of lil Caesars saying food is “hot n ready” when that’s not the case anymore. You pay and then they tell you you gotta wait at least ten minutes, pull up in a parking space. Zaxby’s don’t even take that long. I should have went there. I’m not coming back to any lil Caesars again

I can understand mistakes. I can’t understand refusing to give credit for wrong order and hanging up on a customer.
Their idea of customer service is bring back the wrong pizza and we will replace….why should I spend another hour of time fixing your problem.

Awful pizza (dough- not pizza really at all), and even worse customer service. I would write a lengthy review but pictures speak 1000 words. See pictures posted for todays date 5.12.21- mind you this is the second time they made this. These pictures are the remade pizza after we drove back for them to remake. Also Devin (a very rude employee) said he would “probably” eat this when asked if he would eat it. .

I ordered the extra most bestest pizza today and alot of it had little cheese and no pepperonis on it. Asked to talk to a manager and the cashier matt got someone else to help me. Turns out he is a manager too. I was offered another pizza but i would have to wait another 10 min for it. I asked for a refund and got my money back. I asked for the store managers number and was told we cant give that out. Asked for the district managers number and couldnt even get that. So my only choice is to call the store manager tomorrow when she is at the store. Customer service here is a joke.

Went to this location to pick up Uber decided to purchase myself a pizza as well. There were only two people back there working a young boy with black hair and a young boy with blonde hair. The blonde haired fella was sneezing while making the pizzas sneezing out in the open, cleaning his nose in the open not sure if he sanitized his hands as well. The time I went there was between 3 PM and 4 PM is very unsanitary and if people get sick they would be extremely upset. I feel like if you’re sick, you should either wear a mask or don’t come to work.

Probably an unbiased review. My first job in the late 80s when it was “pizza pizza” and not “hot n ready”. I was even Little Caesars in a parade cause I was the only one that fit the costume.
Anyway they have fast become my go to for pizza. Best value and the new variety is great. It’s no *spaghetti spaghetti” but I actually witnessed that dissolve a plastic fork. The new crazy puffs are just my new addiction like the “pan pans” were.
