This is a true hole-in-the-wall wonder! Most exceptional Mexican food ever! You walk into a very clean, but very plain and stark atmosphere in a strip mall. Can you leave feeling like you have fully enjoyed the most magnificent tacos you ever knew existed. The prices are fair. The food is unforgettable. Absolutely magnificent.

Very tasty food, but call and order ahead and leave late, because the food will likely still not be ready. I would recommend this place for dine in, but not as take out especially through door dash. I was in the restaurant waiting for my order that I place on the phone and it was delayed by over 20 minutes. The person waiting to pickup for door dash said they had been waiting for over 45 minutes. Really tasty food but they need more staff I guess? To keep up with demand. Unsure if the one in moxee has better service or food.

This was a DoorDash order. I got it pretty quick and the food was hot.. I got the Ramen and two taco combo. The size was just fine. I’m not sure why people are complaining about the size of the food.
I got chicken as my meat for my tacos, I was pretty surprised that they didn’t have salsa or sauce for the tacos, but it was still juicy.
The Brea Ramen was pretty good. The only thing I didn’t like is there was not a lot of meat and the meat that was there was pretty soggy/tasteless so you only really tasted the sauce and the noodles But it was still hard to stop eating.
I also ordered the pudding/Arros de Leche for eight dollars I was disappointed I was not a fan. I did love the hibiscus drink.

I was very disappointed last night when I got home and opened our order. I ordered 2 trays of food that totalled $106. One tray of birria queso tacos, which was good. But the tray of regular asada tacos I was very disappointed with. Did not look appetizing at all, there was no cilantro no onion and the meat had a weird smell. My daughter took one bite and had to spit it out. Noone was able to eat any of the tacos. I paid $55 for this tray.

I read an article about this place and its owner, so my family and I went over to eat and me to be a food critic. As I walked in, I saw the owner and a gal at the counter we were greeted by both. I had questions on the menu, and I got answers that were to my satisfaction. The food was great, the best part about this birria is that it is made with beef and not goat, the tacos i ordered the tortilla was fried to perfection nothing falling apart, I was offered a broth for dipping (nice touch), the customer service was also to my liking and the cleanliness gets a five star. Thank you JJ.
