Nice family run establishment with an excellent menu Hostess super vigilant and helpful. Waitress friendly, efficient, and professional. The Omelette #4 was perfect. Cheese onion spinach and BACON. Oh yeah. Cooked perfectly.

We had the Nutella banana French toast and it was really good just so you know it’s a really big portion of food plus you get eggs and choice of meat also had the spinach omelet also very yummy overall nice experience

We LOVE the breakfast options here. Im stuck on the California Eggs Benedict – DEEEE-LISHISS!
My wife’s go-to is the Chilaquiles.
The staff seems to never be very happy for some reason? The lack of outgoing friendliness by the staff is definitely made up by the food.

chilaquiles were good. Service was great and food came out quick and hot.

Service was wonderful, but unfortunately the food was rough. Breast special was bland, and the steak and eggs were interesting in a bad way. They really need to turn up the heat on the pan that they seared the steak on. The trash whispered some forbidden knowledge to me on our way out.

Monday and in the area for business. I was looking for breakfast for lunch and The Galloping Hen came up in my Google search. It wasn’t crowded at 11am and the hostess was very friendly. The decor is quaint with a definite small town restaurant vibe. This isn’t your corporate restaurant. Ordered within minutes and the food was brought out within 10 min. The eggs were hot and the bacon extra crispy like I asked. The pancakes were good but a little dense. I personally like my pancakes more on the airy side. They weren’t bad and the best thing was they give you soft butter on the side. I would’ve liked my syrup warm but not a game changer either. My milk came cold and I believe it was a chilled glass. Awesome! The restaurant was clean as was the bathroom. I’ll be back when I’m in the neighborhood again.

Tasty and expeditious! The food is good and the wait staff is very friendly. Prices not bad either. The seafood omelette is excellent and the Chile Colorado is highly recommended.

It was fantastic. Truly one of the best restaurant breakfast I’ve ever had. We had the Cali Benedict and Chicken Fried Steak and both were phenomenal.

Enjoyed a beautiful Sunday morning breakfast of huevos rancheros, rice, and beans. The ranchero sauce had a mild savory taste, if in the area worth a visit.
