As of late their hours are all over the place with no consistency and the espresso machine is out of order. I swear everytime I walk in lately im met with sorry we are closed. I get the feeling its laziness with the current employee. There is a new one every month. Im at the point where im about done going to Starbucks all. together.

I had the most kind barista, I didn’t catch her name but she had all black long hair in 2 braids at the time. She was so sweet, I feel sometimes customer service goes out the window these days, she made a point to compliment my hair, and hold light conversation while we ordered. I rarely go to Starbucks unless I need something from Safeway, which isn’t very often. The service gets worse each time, and the drinks are terrible. Always seem watered down and without much flavor. If u ask for a little extra flavor, they make it so sweet that u can’t drink it. Also, the last 2 times, I’ve asked for my drink to be extra hot, and it’s barely warm. The staff are rude and never smile. I’ll stick with my Dutch Bros, who has way better coffee and much nicer staff who actually talk to their customers and try to get to know them. Most know me by name. Also, the drive-through is a super plus.

So I sent my bf in with an order of two drinks. Thinking that they probably wouldn’t come back the way I wrote them down. Normally when I get coffee something goes wrong because of my picky taste and my allergies! Not here though I was extremely satisfied they made sure to get everything of the list and substituted the while milk with cocunt!! Very pleased with the coffee and with the girls who made it!!! My bf said they

One of the slowest starbucks I have been too. Early Sunday, had two workers who couldn’t keep pace at all. Line was backed up to the food(safeway food).
The workers seemed to move around very lethargic.

I ordered a London fog with coconut milk. They made my tea, which took quite a bit, and then served me room temperature slightly flavored water. There was only two people that was in front of us, so there wasn’t a long queue either. Super bummed.

I prefer Dutch Bros., But Starbucks is okay. Typical walk in shop, but no place to sit for hours with your laptop, which is the whole point of going to Starbucks. Generally I make my own coffee at home.

I don’t normally go to Starbucks because the coffee is bitter and they don’t have blackberry. I was at Safeway and the coffee smelled so good, but raspberry didn’t hide the bitter taste.
