I’ve been here several times, both drive through and regular pick up. The staff are nice, the pizza is fresh and delicious, the app is easy to use, and they always have good deals going on. Been having papa murphys since I was a kid and I’m glad they are still making great pizza.

Really like Papa Murphy’s in general, but this location is horribly mismanaged. Last time e sat at the drive through window to place an order for nearly 10 minutes with no staff noticing us before giving up.
This time we placed an order online and it said it would be ready by 7pm. We get here at 7pm and it’s not on the rack. There are 12 people standing around and tickets all over the counter. 4-5 staff somehow only making about 1 pizza every 10 minutes.
Our single pizza has two toppings. They don’t have to cook it, even. It’s 7:40pm now and we’re still waiting for our one pizza we ordered online at 6:20pm.

The experience is what you would expect from a take and bake pizza store . My orders are always ready when I request them. The toppings are generous enough and they bake up well. The employees are pleasant. The pickup is easy either in store or drive through window.

Excellent service here by the manager Ron. We had a credit card charge mistake last week, and he quickly remedied it. He offered to give me a refund but because we get a pizza here most Tuesdays we asked if we could get our next pizza for free and he was happy to do that. The food is always fresh and great, and we always see smiling faces at the Lakeway location. Thanks!

It was easy to order my pizza online for pick up at the drive-through. The employees were very friendly at Quek to retrieve my pizza. We ordered a thin crust, New York cheese, and I have been happier with the stuffed crust. Probably won’t order that pizza again, but the Chicago style or stuff crossword definitely the way to go

Food was in fact tasty. The staff seemed very unorganized. Not to mention the whole place looked dirty. Like people aren’t wiping down the surfaces it seemed. The problem is papa Murphy, where we used to get killer deals on, is now fourty bucks to get two very simple Pizzas. That blew my mind. Ya don’t even cook the things. Get off the high horse.

I’ve been a customer for 10 years. Many people worked here, but I do not remember any occasion to be unsatisfied by their work or attitude. Always respectful, smiley, friendly. Of course happened minor mistakes like a wrong sauce, but fixed momentarily. One time needed to wait 20 minutes longer but I saw those orders occupying entire desk. They do their best to make all customers satisfied. Drive through could be a little better, sometimes a delay about a couple minutes before asking. Delivery – no complains. In the waiting area inside a little weird feeling due to architectural decisions, like too tight and hard to hear and see if your order is ready. One thing I observed recently and do not like – the tips request during online purchase. How can I make a decision if service has not been provided yet?
