Alot of young kids that seem like they dont want to work. The bagels are ok have had better in Farmingville but its ok. $5-6 for this LITTLE tub of cream cheese, just RIDICULOUS.

This is a great spot to grab a bagel. The quality is better than most other places in Suffolk County and the prices are very affordable. Very good place to grab breakfast

Officially DONE with this place. Have been giving them chances for over 4 years and here is how it goes. There is a 85-95% chance of them getting your order wrong, even when you text it very simply and clearly to them. And I am not exaggerating. There have been maybe 2 times in the past 4+ years I haven’t had to go back to get the right food or call and get a refund or credit or have the manager or owner apologize and offer me a free sandwich or something. Today I was up early and decided to get food for the family for the day. I just had ankle surgery and can’t stand for very long and driving is painful (proximity was the only reason I was willing to give them their 50th chance), so I texted my order in so I wouldn’t have to wait. I waited for about six minutes before a very depressed and confused woman struggled to find my order (she kept picking up the same 4 bagels, staring at them…). I noticed my order pushed off to the side, pointed it out to her and she eventually rang me up. I gave her my debit card and when I went to sign the receipt after she ran it, I noticed an extra charge for 70 cents, so I asked why that was. They don’t tell you when you’re paying, but have a tiny note written in pen on printer paper taped to the counter, that says 4% charge for credit card, that I never would have noticed otherwise. It would have been really nice to be told that when I handed her my debit card (which isn’t credit so they should be more specific on that note too). I spent over $15, so they’re charging regardless unless you pay in cash (I asked to verify – no matter what you pay, if you’re not using cash, you’re getting charged the 4% fee). I finally get home, starving, excited to finally sit, rest my foot and eat. I open the bag and my whole order is a mess (why am I even remotely surprised…). I can’t eat butter, and the two bagels I ordered were slathered in it. The buffalo chicken, which costs nearly $10, is so small, I literally laughed and had to take pictures of it with objects to show how small it is. The fork they gave me to eat with is bigger than the $10 wrap that was supposed to be lunch for a full grown man. It would be a reasonable size for a 6 year old, and it is certainly not worth more than $3.50. It’s literally smaller than a $2 Mcdonald’s snack wrap (I’m 5’2 with tiny hands, see the pic of it next to my hand). If I spend around $10 on a sandwich, I expect a certain portion, at least similar to what every other deli and restaurant offer in the area. This is clearly not the case here. The order I texted them was so straight forward, and frankly idiot proof (see pictures). If I’m wrong, please comment and let me know what was confusing about my order. More important than the consistent and irritating inconvenience of trying to get home with the food I actually ordered, the food itself is mediocre at best. The bagels are the worst in the area, everything is over priced, the staff always look and act miserable, and the place itself isn’t appealing at all. Bad vibes all around. If you don’t order ahead, get ready to wait for possibly half an hour or so. If you do text ahead, it is still inevitable to wait at least ten minutes, although you texted your order in so you wouldn’t have to wait, even if you don’t have cooked or toasted food. So after all the waiting, you finally get home. You open up the bag, all the wrappers and you realize everything isn’t what you asked for. In fact, you will get violently sick if you eat what they gave you because you have food allergies and they spread them on your food because they’re careless. I am receiving a refund today, as I am in too much pain to drive back, which at this point is the least they can do, yet not nearly enough to compensate for years of BS and wasting money. That was officially my family’s last visit to Bagels 101. Thanks for the 4+ years of hunger and frustration.
Ps: I didn’t get the refund to my card; they “lost my card information” and said “they never shred that stuff”. Now I need to change my debit card number. RIDICULOUS and UNACCEPTABLE

Great bagels and rolls. 10 months ago review
After many months of visits I have to say we love this place. They aren’t always perfect with orders so double check only been an issue recently twice but they made sure to make it right. The guy who runs the shop is hilarious too. Definitely a must stop in spot. They also have fresh fruit, wraps ( love the spicy ranch with the breaded chicken and bacon and cheese wrap). And please Thank you god for letting them sell my husband favorite coffee creamer for what it costs at the store! Saves me making extra stops. Seriously though they even have coffee crumb cake and pumpkin spice coffee and they sell so I assume they have the pumpkin spice creamer by international delight. oh and their parking lot has been fixed up, much smoother ground now. Last thing you know it’s a good place when you wake up early just to get food & to skip the lines. Because this place is really good food for a good price.
After stopping in today after 10 months.
Ps they do charge for cards but cash works.
Not best photos of their crumb cake. But man it looks so good and tastes just as yummy.

I also added a photo of the turkey club hero but without bacon because if was forgotten but it’s ok I still like my food. They offered to remake it when I called to make sure it was supposed to have bacon because I sometimes am a blonde but I told them no problem. They said they’d give me it next visit for sure. Honestly out I’d like 15 visits maybe more in a year I’m still really pleased with the place and go there when we want bagels, coffee cake or if I need coffee creamer before the shops normally open. Definitely worth a stop in. Just check you food before you go is my only advice.

Not good today! Never had a problem in past, Today: It was bad, something seem very wrong with the bacon I asked for it to be well done, but yet the bacon was floppy and limp in my experience whenever bacon is well done it is stiff. I think it was soaked through and through with grease as soon as I ate it, I immediately vomited, went right back to the store and explained the situation and showed them the other half of what I ordered. I was given no help, or care by them. I showed her the half and it was obviously bad today but they didn’t care. They Lost a Customer for sure! I will never go back to this place again.

Here’s a robbery waiting to happen. This place is nothing but a price overpriced bagel shop. I cannot believe that I paid $12 for scrambled eggs, turkey and cheese on a roll. The reason giving for this price was the price of eggs. I don’t recommend going here if you’re gonna spend $20 for breakfast only.
