Place use to be good but now I understand why no one goes here anymore. Over price and not worth the money. Egg roll was still a bit cold inside on certain parts. I won’t be coming back.

I would avoid this place. They have different pricing on their drive-thru menu than what they have when you actually get to the window. Your order can be $10 more than expected. They have hidden fees, miscellaneous fees, and several other things as tricks that they do to charge you more for their very average food. I would not eat here.

The atmosphere does not exist , you walk in and feel like you no time to order ,even though the place is literally empty. I ordered the chicken and broccoli and was given a portion for a child, mind you I paid almost 20$ here. The moment I open the box it looked very plain as well and the taste was the same. The chicken was not recognizable and reminded me of canned chicken breast. After only a few bite I go back inside and let them know politely I didn’t care for the meal very much and if at all possible I could get a refund. I was told after that that’s how the chicken is supposed to look and not to return if I didn’t like it, then her what I assume to be her husband comes out of the kitchen and tells me the same thing. Very disappointing,very unsatisfactory. DO NOT EAT HERE.

DECENT CHINESE FOOD ON-THE-GO… I’m a busy boy during lunch time and I needed to find a place near work! Luckily, Wall Chinese saved the day. Having a drive-thru window at a Chinese restaurant is an EXCELLENT idea and for that reason alone I’ll be returning here. I mean when do you see that?? I also love the big drive-thru menu. It’s clear to see and has lots of lunch and dinner options. The service was exceptionally fast and the lady who handed me my food was pleasant.
The food is not the absolute greatest, it’s standard. I still prefer Panda Express’ teriyaki chicken. The teriyaki chicken here at Wall is a bit dry. However, the noodles are yummy! My meal was very filling and they gave good portions. The orange chicken was well-cooked, it was a blend of spicy and sweet. I liked it. If you’re passing through Banning or work around here, I’d recommend it.
There was a gentleman outside cleaning the parking lot and keeping the restaurant well-maintained. I saw a few parking spots, it’s a tighter lot but very accessible off Ramsey.

I ordered a sea food tofu soup I got bite size pieces of shrimp and almost no fish. It is nasty and egg style soup. I called to let the owner know and she was rude and hung up the phone. It was 36.00 and it is discussing do not go here it’s a waste of money

So I’ve been going to this restaurant for many many years. So I go to pick up my order cuz I ordered on the phone they’re charging me a $13 more than what it should have been. So I proceeded to add up on the menu that’s in front of me by the register and as I’m doing this she snatches it from me and tells me “oh the prices have gone up”. So all the menus in the restaurant physical menus have a price on them they’re not honoring that price. they’re claiming the prices have gone up but refuse to remove the menus with the wrong price. So basically ordered something for one price and they’re charging you another without telling you. I won’t be coming back here unfortunately because play obviously think we’re stupid and we’re not going to notice.

I went to have dinner with my family and my plate had a hair in it after i had just opened it (we ordered in to go plates) we told the lady working register and she insisted that wasn’t theirs and looked at my moms red hair and said this hair is red insinuating it was my moms but my plate had not even come into close contact to where my mother was seated at the end of the day I asked for a refund because they were very hesitant into making another plate and that pissed me off so i got a refund and they didn’t even say sorry or how can i make it up to you nothing, will not be going back.

I dont usually write bad reviews ! But to start off with I spent 32 bucks on really bad food. With that said 13.00 dollars on one and a half bell pepper with a few pieces of weird steak. The fried rice lacked all flavor, egg and veggies. My wife meal was lacking all flavor as well, not sure why the orange chicken had a taste of ketchup and not crispy. The meal was ordered and brought home to our suprise no forks, napkins or even fortune cookies NO FORTUNE COOKIES what the heck ive never had chinese take out this bad !!! I feel like ive been ripped off . But im not that guy, so they can have the money and now I know where not to go.
