I walked in not knowing what to expect. I just needed food. From the moment when I walked in, sat at the bar, served was great. I ordered Crab cakes either baked potatoe. They have an amazing selection of wine too, it was amazing.
I highly recommend, live music and great service.

A top notch steakhouse with great food, service and a piano bar.

We sat in the piano bar and listened to Robin play the piano and sing. She had a wonderful voice and great selection of songs.

The lump crab appetizer was extremely fresh and everybody commented on how tasty it was.

We ordered Filets that came on 500° plates and were cooked perfectly, the scallop wrapped in bacon exceeded expectations as well as the butterfly chicken main course and green beans almondine.

Our server Bryan was attentive yet not overbearing and when we did have conversations with him, it was very pleasurable.

Service from all of the staff meets the mark and we would highly recommend this establishment if you want a great dining experience in Park city

We had eaten at Butcher’s which is a steakhouse across the street a couple nights before and we’re very disappointed

Got the famous 50 day dry aged bone in Ribeye. Would I get it again? No I wouldn’t. It came out on a scorching 500 degree plate that made the steak too hot to eat without burning your mouth. And the steak was lacking that funky dry aged taste I was really looking forward to. After 50 days of dry aging you will see a dark almost burgundy red color in the meat. It’s pretty noticeable but this steak completely lacked it. It resembled the flavor of a basic prime rib

This is a fantastic date night spot! I don’t think I’ve ever had steak this good and this hot (temperature wise). Everything from the ribeye to the mashed potato & almond green bean sides were to die for! And not to mention the Molten Chocolate Cake! It is more on the pricey side, but it was sooooo good that we ordered not one but two orders of this! If you’ve been on the fence to try Prime Steak House, this is your sign to go try it out! And to top everything off, our waiters were top notch guys. They were super sweet, were able to provide menu recommendations, and truly took care of us.

It’s a great place to have dinner after a good day on the mountain. Located on Main Street, it is beautiful this time of year. The service was excellent. Esmeralda, our server, was friendly and had a smile the entire evening. The piano bar made for a great atmosphere. The French onion soup and filet, along with a glass of wine, made for a great night out with my daughter. I look forward to coming back.

Prime was a nice restaurant in downtown Park Cities, UT. On the night we were there celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary, there was a very good pianist who also sang. The steaks were good and the service was nice as well. It was a very memorable experience.

Overall, pretty disappointed. Go to Ruth’s Chris steak house instead if you want a good tasting steak.

Pro:
The pianist was stellar. She created an awesome atmosphere. We sat on the patio but the window was open so we could clearly hear her. That was amazing.
The steak was really tender. I will say that is a large plus. They did bring it out on the rare side, but the plate was so hot I could finish cooking my steak to how I like.

Con:
Bacon wrapped scallions were leaving much to the taste buds. They were too black which hurt the taste. And flavor was lacking. The dessert was also lacking flavor. The ice cream tasted like it was starting to get old, but not there yet. The small cake was barely warm, and I think microwaved.
The steaks were disappointing. We got the bone in filet and the Wagyu. Both were extremely tender, which was nice. But the flavor tasted like butter, and that was it. They asked if I wanted steak sauce and I never use steak sauce because I like the flavor, but at this place we needed it. Seeing as the steaks are the climax, very disappointing.

Do I regret going? If it was half the price, I would not have such a negative feeling. But at $275, I expected a lot more. I pay the similar amount or less at other steakhouses and get a better steak. Even Flemings in SLC is better. Sorry Prime! I was really looking forward to this meal.

Night one-Best lobster bisque ever. Followed with fabulous filets cooked to perfection. Service was exceptional. Ordered chocolate molten to go. To die for!
Night two-stopped in for more molten cake to go after a day in Park City. Once again, service was exceptional! Seated us by the piano while we waited for the made to order chocolate molten cake. First class establishment. Highly recommend!

Winner Winner Steak Dinner!
I absolutely love everything about this place, from the host at the front desk that opened the door to personally take our reservation before normal hours of operation, to our spectacular dinner at the bar with a fantastic bar keep, a talented gorgeous songbird/piano player, completed by a fun room with friendly people !
I loved my simple steamed artichoke with dipping choices, and my husband’s crab cakes were meaty (not bready at all) and beautifully seasoned. Really delicious!
GREAT bone in Ribeye, delicious mixed mushrooms, outstanding spinach, and of course, my favorite, a perfect baked potato! Divine!
There’s a well-rounded wine list and a knowledgeable Stewart.
We went the extra mile with their decadent molten cake and a perfectly torched Creme Brule .
Everything was pure perfection!

Took my wife to dinner on Saturday. We asked for our filets medium but they came out medium rare. They were still good and the desserts were amazing. We enjoyed listening the piano play while eating.
