I usually don’t do this, but I’m gonna go all out and tell everybody that if you haven’t been to Papas and Potatoes then you need to get over there!!! 20 out of 10 rating!!! They make homemade potato chips with either BBQ and cheese powder, and yes I said cheese powder!! Or you can get ketchup, mayonnaise and Hot sauce on the chips and the potato spirals!! The potato spirals are huge and amazingly fresh!! The Baked Potatoes are huge and hot with enough filling!! The Elote Corn was fresh also!! A d the kid and his mom who were running it were super friendly and super helpful!! When he asked if we wanted a sample we said yes and what we got was not like just 1 chip apiece, but a whole plate!! I can’t say enough about this place!! Again it’s a 20 out of 10!!

Amazing food! I had the asada-loaded baked potato; it was on point. The potato was so smooth, and everything on top, combined, was so delicious and comforting on a rainy day. I also had their homemade potato chips with lime and hot sauce, very good! Their hospitality was amazing. I felt at home! I recommend this spot for sure and will be coming back for their delicious food.

This would be my second time coming to Papas & Potatoes. I will start my review off with the good; the food is phenomenal and has excellent flavor. I have tried several items on the menu and they have consistently tasted great. Food is always hot& fresh. My issue with Papas & Potatoes happened during my most recent visit (just several mins ago). I ordered a asada baked potato with no bacon. We arrived and waited a short time before receiving my food and paying. When my boyfriend brought the food to me i immediately noticed the bacon on top. I do not eat bacon, so i immediately take the food to the truck again and explain the problem. The workers apologized and took the food back and i assumed they were going to make a new one. After a couple mins i received a bag of food and left. I began eating as i left and notice there were still pieces of bacon in the potato, they just took off most of the bacon and poured a ton of sour cream to cover it up. I literally could not finish my food. This was a waste of $16 plus $2 tip.
I am upset to have had to eat bacon when I specifically asked to not have it, took my order back to be corrected and still have bacon in it. When working in food you never know if someone has dietary restrictions, allergies or etc. my food should have been remade and it really left a bad taste in my mouth, quite literally, for the workers to just do something so disingenuous to a paying customer. To the owner of Papas and Potatos i hope you understand how subpar customer service could be a liability to you in the future and correct your workers accordingly.

THE BEST PLACE EVER, their service is the best and the way they treat you is amazing. I have been here almost everyday and they have amazing food, especially there loaded baked potatoes, there so soft and the meat I choose is pastor is amazingly so good and the owner especially is so nice she gives me free chips which are bomb they are so good the crunch and lime and chile.
