This coffee shop left a really great impression on me—it was actually one of the first spots I visited when I got to Atlanta. At first, we thought about just stopping by in the evening for coffee, but then we decided to come for breakfast instead, and honestly, that was the best choice.

They make an insanely good Chicken Power Bowl with quinoa, roasted sweet potato, feta, dried cherries, and chicken. I ended up having it three mornings in a row and couldn’t get enough of it.

Their coffee presentation is also really unique—they serve it with a little glass of soda. Not just water, but soda, which I’ve never seen anywhere else. It’s especially nice when you’re having strong drinks; it just makes the whole experience better.

As for the vibe of the place—it’s super calm and relaxing, at least in the mornings. No loud music, just a chill atmosphere. A lot of people were studying or working.

We were there on a business trip, but it almost felt like being back in college, when I’d spend mornings studying in a café. Brought back some good memories and left a really nice impression.

Overall, I’d 100% recommend this place to absolutely anyone.

This coffee shop is on Emory University Campus so it’s mostly occupied by students but the outdoor seating is pretty nice for people watching and sipping on your coffee with a side of their delicious seasonal baked goods. Must try their Cardamom Croissant and rosemary Latte ☕️

I absolutely LOVE Kaldi’s and I come here frequently as a grad student at Emory. That baristas are incredible and the drinks are always SO good. HOWEVER, the girl working the cash register today had such a nasty and rude attitude that I was genuinely taken aback. She held that same attitude with every customer I saw her interact with while I was in here. I never write reviews but truly this girl was so rude I had to. Again, every other worker I’ve encountered has been incredibly kind and wonderful, but this girl really needs to learn how to speak to people with kindness.

Take 3 of the ube latte. Tbh I have no idea what’s good on the menu but the ube latte is a passable option ($7-8 for a large iced). After you mix it, it def loses the ube sweetness since the syrup or flavor isn’t strong or as apparent. There’s a bunch of seating with outlets under the booths on the sides. I will warn yall; it’s freezing here. There’s maybe 6-8 spots for 2 hours parking right by the depot that is heavily enforced, I’ve heard stories were people got ticketed.

Stopped here in between appointments at Emory. Love the old depot building! Did not get food but the iced white mocha and matcha were great! Super friendly service, barista was fast and made delicious drinks.

Food is great, atmosphere is great… but holy cow is the service slow. The people at the front of house are super nice and hard working, but the people in the back seem to taking their sweet time. As a busy student, I want to be able to get in, grab a sandwich, and go. Every time I’ve been here, I’ve waited at least 20 minutes to get my sandwich which should realistically take no more than five minutes. There are so many days where I’m craving their food, but have to make the choice not to come in because the food just takes forever.

Student cafe with snacks and problematic parking.

I stop by here every week or so. I’d probably be here more often if there were parking available.

This is a bustling little coffee shop with a pretty big dining area inside and a covered patio by the train tracks. For a student coffee shop, the coffee is decent and there’s a lot of choice on snacks. There are also some small plates and sandwiches.

I drink straight espresso, and it’s good here with a nice crema.

I stop by here because they have rice krispie bars that are not as sweet as the Starbucks version. They often have a few other gluten free treats. They even have a gluten free muffin and coconut macaroons.

If you are an Emory student, this is more organic and charming than the Starbucks on the edge of campus. If you are not a student, it is very hard to find parking here and unless, like me, this happens to be on your path, this is not worth going out of your way.

Quaint Cafe with excellent roasted coffee on the Emory campus. There is visitor parking adjacent to the Cafe. Enjoyed a cookie that tasted home baked.
We appreciated the fact that it was open late. Many students had come to study.

Great spot to work/spot near Emory. Their breakfast burrito and sandwiches are so good, and if you have the some get the coffee “for here”. Lots of power outlets in the booths for charging.
