Just ordered using door dash and my drink was missing l, my extra sauce that I paid for is missing, and my cheesy breadsticks had very little bacon and absolutely no cheese in the middle of it.

Ordered online large cheese pizza, breadsticks, a papadia, and a 2liter. I recieved a 2liter, The wrong papadia, horribly made breadsticks, and NO PIZZA. When I called the said they were gonna send one out right now you’ll see it in 20 to 30 minutes. A hour later still no pizza i get an email with 50% off next order and constantly get put on hold when I call again. This place will never get another order from me. Do not recommend purchasing food from here.

After getting one of the worst looking pizzas ever delivered, the company facebook not responding, the customer service line not helping, and the store keeping us on hold for over 25 minutes and then hanging up. Fine, I’m not accepting this and costing 30 dollars.
Why are you keeping people outside in 25 degree weather saying your lobby is closed, but not answering the phone or communicating with the people outside?
Why, when I show you this abomination of a product, you give me attitude?
There are several more issues to talk about, but I’m done giving you my time and my money, all you are getting from me moving forward is me telling everyone – everyway I can to stay away from this store and your company.

This location supported my company’s safety pizza party by providing 32 pizzas at 11a on a Thursday. The pizzas were ready when I got there early, the ladies were friendly, and there were no issues! We got plenty of seasonings and sauces and I will absolutely partner with this location moving forward (hopefully on a 3-month cycle) to celebrate safety at my company!

I ordered a large pepperoni pizza with extra sauce and baked well done. This is what I received… Half of the pizza has crust, the other half doesn’t, it was not well done and it was sloppy. It was absolutely awful. More times than not anymore my food from this location has kept me away.

So the pizza was good, however, they locked the doors and made it so people would have to wait outside in the cold to get their order. Honestly you could have walked up and whatever pizza was being passed through this little window you could have just taken. Whether it was yours or not. people were getting mad because they were being forced to wait outside and had to press their phones against the glass just to show their pickup order. It is a bad system, with a broken intercom outside. You couldn’t even hear the server call your name. I think the owner needs to invest in a better system. Add a drive thru, fix the outside intercom or just have a way to not make people wait out in the cold.

We tried the new cheddar pizza from Papa John’s and loved it! The cheddar and garlic flavors were delicious and made every bite so good. It’s not vegan, but my whole family enjoyed it and we’ll definitely order it again.

Took an hour for them to cook my pizza…door dash delivers it… Open pizzas and they completely screwed up my order… Called them and no one answered… But somehow got an immediate 50% off email saying, “we know you weren’t happy with your experience, here’s a 50% off code on your next order”… Why would I want to order from here again… Should have refunded my money instead of 50% off code… If you are manager here… Call me. You have my number.

Update Update (2026): Tried the Grand Papa. Seasoning was good but lacked sauce if any on some pieces. Had a few pizzas with uneven toppings, but still good. Y’all do it right and my favorite convenient pizza place; way better than Domino’s. Just a few things to work on and this place can be more amazing than it already is. Thanks guys for the service.
