Stopped by this Tropical Smoothie Cafe today, and it was a really solid experience. The inside was noticeably clean — floors, tables, counters, everything looked well taken care of, which I definitely appreciate. The staff was quick with my order, and even with a few people ahead of me, the line moved fast.
My smoothie came out fresh and tasted great, and the food was exactly what I expected. Nothing fancy, just good, consistent quality. The only reason I’m giving it four stars instead of five is that the seating area felt a little tight during the lunch rush, but that’s not a deal‑breaker.
Overall, clean place, fast service, and a reliable spot when you want something quick but still fresh. I’ll be back.

I recently returned to Tropical Smoothie, and it definitely feels like it’s under new management. The experience was much more pleasant this time around. Jackie, Kacen, and Allen were all welcoming, friendly, and very professional. I intentionally asked for their names because the service truly stood out. The best part of the experience was being offered samples left in the blender it was a great touch and made the visit even better. Great experience overall!

After having a great experience at another Tropical Smoothie Café, I figured I’d try this location too — but it didn’t quite measure up. The place wasn’t dirty, but it didn’t have that same clean, organized feel I’m used to. A couple of tables needed wiping, and the overall vibe just felt a little less put‑together.
The staff was polite, but things moved slower than expected, even though it wasn’t very busy. My smoothie still tasted fresh, but the food wasn’t as consistent — not bad, just not as solid as what I’ve gotten elsewhere.

Food is awesome, just don’t be in a hurry. I have only been here about 5 times but whenever I order food ahead for pickup it is never ready on time. One time they literally just forgot to make the food that I ordered. Seems like it could be an experience issue or just could have been having rough day, understanble with the fast paced environment. Still will keep going for the value and convenience of the location.

I only gave one star because I couldn’t give zero. The customer service at this location is awful. Not one employee acknowledged me when I walked in. I stood at the counter for five minutes while the drive-thru girl finished her order, and another employee wiped down the counter without saying a word. When I finally placed an order, I was told a higher price than advertised. They didn’t bother to adjust it, so I walked out. This location is an absolute joke.

I ordered Hummus Veggie wrap from this location. The wrap was a joke. So many ingredients missing. It’s basically lettuce with a little rice. No smashed avocado, no hummus, 5 black beans and 1 piece of tomato.
I had this wrap many times in different locations and it’s delicious. Not here!

I’m always coming here and using the app to order so I can pickup the food upon arrival. There’s a great selection of things on the menu, I’ll have to try the bowls one day.
Outside of that I miss certain seasonal foods. Staff is vey kind, atmosphere is clean, and a lot of those employees work every morning and/or close every night.

Super high priced very high calorie drinks; the food is about a notch better than at a gas station. Probably the various drinks at the gas station are similar and cheaper. The best part is the free WiFi

I went through the drive thru at this location at 8:40PM 11/4/2025…. ON A TUESDAY only to be told by a couple 17 year old girls that they usually stop serving at 8:40PM ahahahahahaha. what??????? Because they close so soon at 9pm I was told…. Took all of four minutes to make a smoothie and heat up a flatbread sandwich.
