This location is not it. Multiple times ive gotten a blizzard it seems fine from the start and 1/3 of the way in you realize they only.mixed the top and the rest is just plain. Super disappointing!!

Was in the mood for a little snack so I decided to get some dairy queen! No comment on the building or service itself as I got a delivery order but my stuff came quickly and the driver was quick and friendly! The food itself was very good! Chips and ice cream were good on all fronts, no complaints there at all! Getting a snack from this dairy queen was a nice treat and I might get another one day!

I was there a few days ago with my boyfriend and unfortunately, we were a dollar short of our total. It was a younger gal at the window and offered to pay the dollar! She made our day and deserves recognition for being an amazing human!

One thing for the second day in a row to order a birthday cake as our family loves them and asked for the reward system. She told me to wait till after my receipt and scan the QR code. I did luckily at the camp owner and it was a survey I asked about a punchcard for cakes. She said we do not honor them anymore. If you have one will honor it, but not if you don’t already have one and I said System do you have? No clue she brought someone over after telling me the wrong thing after I ready taking my order up so as I am 27% way through the survey, a guy comes through and asked do you have the app and I said no I’m in a survey, I was just so unprofessional rude. They had no idea what they were doing and how can you honor the cake card punchcard to only specific people I’ll drive to Plymouth to get my cake next time.

Such a kind and sweet young lady at the window. The last experience was a lot less pleasurable, especially when the manager was cussing at us through the window. This time was a complete 180 and redeemed a Dairy Queen in Sheboygan.

Everytime i get blizzards from here they are NEVER mixed enough, i got a large for my boyfriend and I to share and literally half of it is just vanilla with a little flavor, that’s such a disappointment for the price im paying and for “extra” toppings added to it. please work on it.

Save yourself the time and don’t waste your money here. It’s a hit and miss what you’ll get. Sometimes it’s great. Unfortunately if it’s not great…. it’s the opposite. I hate giving bad reviews but how are you going to sell a cheesecake blizzard with NO cheesecake in it? I wouldn’t even bother giving this review, but believe me, it’s happened more than once and it’s happened more than twice at this specific location. I just wish that what you ordered is what you see on the menu picture. But at this location, you just never know. It’s like a risk every time you go there. Maybe it’ll be good, maybe it will be horrible. If you’re a gambler, then this is the place for you.
