This star should be higher. The restaurant was clean, the service exceptional, kind staff, and the food yummy good flavor. My son and I had the Chicken Bacon Ranch, Mac n Cheese and French Onion Soup with the best Soup Roll on the side and Chips. Love this place and the wait was perfectly quick. Definitely a must go to again place.

Grand Rising Universe; Lyrikle Voixe here. Owner Of Lyrikle Voixe LLC,
From targeted to Respected, I approve of this location for gathering/studies/along side personal space for recalibration. The atmosphere is so welcoming/ environment full life & movement instead of stagnancy . My environment contributions to remind the workers here to not work too hard / it’s okay to operate in your own speed , simply by using one simple example phrase “Don’t Work Too Hard”.
It places a smile upon their faces & alerts them to slow down which gives them sense of ease & peace.
I come here daily to perform my own as graphic designer & content creator & recording artist. I stay out the way, while reminding them we’re all present & that’s the GIFT. Asè . Come to this location it’s peaceful. Clip of me content creating rite outside the shop . I Am

It’s a Panera. Everything is consistently good, but sometimes you don’t realize that they are out of an item for a salad or make a substitution that you don’t prefer but other than that you know what you’re going to get. It’s going to be better than fast food.

Sidney deserves recognition at this location. She is VERY good at her job – always calm, effective, efficient, and does it all with a professional and pleasant demeanor. It’s always a good interaction with her, whether it’s business as usual or if she’s dealing with some challenge or problem that you’ve raised.

If this is the new and improved Panera there is much lacking. Almost every table was dirty. The coffee was cold my wife’s first grilled cheese didn’t even have melted cheese. My French dipper sandwich had a few crumbles of beef, no slices, just tiny pieces. The “a jus” was French onion soup, an odd, but acceptable, spin on the original. Nothing was served anywhere near hot. The only bright spot was the return of the Asian sesame chicken salad and it is still good, as are the baguettes. This location needs to pay some serious attention to cleanliness.

Please be careful giving the employees at the one on signal Butte, your bank card. They didn’t have my sandwich or the bread that I ordered and I already paid for my meal so they graciously gave me a refund. I handed them my bank card to complete the refund because they asked for it and they walked away with my card to do the refund. Except my card number was stolen. Within a few hours my card was used to pay energy bills in Texas. I reported this to Panera bread months ago and they said they were going to call me back after watching the security feed and they never did contact me. I tried to reach out to them, but I never can get through. Now, if the security feed did not show any suspicious activity I think they would have informed me, however I can’t prove anything. I did make a police report and worked with my bank to get my money back, but it took months.

Not happy with service and accountability. Called day before to make sure an item was in stock. Associate told me to be there the next day before 11 and will be fine. Well showed up at 9:30 am and out of stock only made 2 servings for the morning and was pretty much told tough. Didn’t really try to make it better. So I was able to purchase something more expensive to not really make it work for gift basket. If you are needing fresh pastries for clients I would suggest Rise or kneders instead!

Panera Bread always hits the spot, especially with their Pick Two deal! For just $6.99, I got the tuna sandwich and creamy tomato soup—comfort food at its best. It even came with a big, fresh hunk of bread on the side. I also grabbed the papaya green tea (seriously, so refreshing!)

The vibe inside is cozy and peaceful—it reminds me of simpler times. It’s one of those places where you actually want to sit and eat instead of rushing out. Love it here.

⭐⭐½ — Panera Bread (Local Visit)

Panera’s always been one of those “once every couple of weeks” stops for me — a good salad and a half sandwich, or sometimes soup and salad when you want something light and fresh.

I usually go for the Fuji Apple Chicken Salad, but this time it felt a little dry. My half sandwich looked more like a quarter — heavy on the crust, light on the filling — and the presentation just wasn’t there. It’s not about fancy plating, but when you’re paying for something “fresh-baked and crafted,” it should at least feel complete.

I went up to ask for a little extra dressing and got a bit of attitude from the woman behind the counter. I get it — she looked busy — but the “it’s already in there, sir” response while it clearly wasn’t just sums up the bigger issue.

More and more, it feels like restaurants we’ve grown up with are losing their rhythm. Whether it’s short staffing, tight budgets, or just burnout, the consistency and care are slipping. It shouldn’t take a $100 meal to feel like someone’s paying attention to the details.

Panera used to be that simple spot for soup, salads, and sandwiches done right. Lately, though, it’s starting to feel a bit more half-baked than fresh-baked.

It was easy to customize our order to accommodate my granddaughter who has food allergies. However, I ordered the Harvest Medley Chicken Salad and had to take my tray back up as there was no chicken on my salad. The guy in the back was helpful and did add chicken.

First off I will say that the staff are always super pleasant and they got my order done very quickly. That being said, I ordered pick two for takeout. I got the Cobb salad with extra feta cheese. I don’t know about you but that’s not my idea of extra anything. And where is the bacon? This is not a Cobb salad. Super disappointed and for the price? I paid $17 for a bowl of soup and a salad not the way I ordered it. So. Disappointed.
