Extremely Disappointed with My Visit
I went in and ordered two double protein bowls for myself and my daughter, and we paid almost $40 and that’s without any drinks included. We weren’t given any forks or napkins, which was already frustrating, but what really bothered me was how stingy they were with the food.
I paid extra for double protein, and the girl behind the counter gave me one tiny scoop of each meat. When I politely asked for a bit more considering I was paying extra she gave me the most condescending look and basically told me no. I let it go, but it felt really disrespectful.
What we ended up with were two bowls that honestly looked like slop. My daughter’s had more vegetables than meat or rice, and mine had huge, slimy chunks of unripe avocado. Worst of all, the food was cold not even warm. I couldn’t even finish my meal because it was just that distasteful. The only thing I enjoyed was the brownie. On top of that, I paid my best friend $20 to drive us there because I didn’t want to walk in nearly 100-degree weather or pay for an Uber. So not only did I waste my money and time I wasted my friend’s time too.
For the price I paid and the way we were treated, I expected way better. I won’t be returning to this location.

This is by far my favorite Qdoba spot in the Lansing area. I’ve been to other spots that safeguard the protien items essentially giving you a rice bowl. Not this spot. Everytime I come thru they make sure the bowls are filled, and on point. I go out of my way to always go here for my Qdoba cravings

Online order. Didn’t get everything. Didn’t get guacamole with either of my quesadillas. Got chips and queso only for the bag of chips to be 1/3 full. Disappointing.

I waited 50 minutes for my order just for it to be missing 3/4 of what i ordered on it. It must’ve been sitting awhile cause the cheese looked disgusting, immediately went in the trash. If the store is out of that many items there should at least be signage posted and mobile orders shut off. complete waste of my time and money.

Kaitlyn is always fantastic! I see her usually working the register! She always greets us with the best most positive attitude. She is so kind and friendly! We love Qdoba and enjoy the Okemos team!

Food was good but customer service was not. Walked in and the girl (young, maybe 15-16, black) working had a really bad attitude. I greeted her with a smile and she did not reciprocate the energy. Proceeded to be in a shitty mood the rest of my stay and half assed my bowl. Go to a different qdoba if you want good service.

I’m so confused???? We ordered online and picked up. Once home, we noticed my wife’s burrito was noticeably smaller than mine. Whatever, sometimes that happens. Once she bit into it, all she saw was rice. We thought maybe the rest was hidden somewhere. We finally realized why her burrito was so small, it was ONLY rice. She had ordered a burrito with beans, rice, veggies, verde, sour cream and a few other items. We’re not sure if the burrito was from a different order or if someone was stoned out of their mind making food. Either way, who only eats rice in a burrito???? Bizarre. Picture shows what her burrito should have had but ended up with only rice.

This Qdoba is absolutely better than the location in Lansing. The peppers are always cooked right, and not burnt. Every time im in the area i always try to stop here for food.

First time. I walked up and asked for crunchy tacos. They said ” what would you like in i”, I said, “what, you don’t know how to make a taco”…?Of course I didn’t realize this was not true Mexican food, ( in my opinion ) it was build-a-bear tacos.. And let me make this clear, you can’t fit much in a taco shell, yet the person making it kept pushing for more ingredients. Sometimes less is more. It was not the best taco I’ve ever had, especially when one taco costs $4. Things have gotten expensive to eat out! I like tacos at Taco Bell. A little cheaper, more traditional taste, but still a rip off. To be fair, I didn’t try everything on the menu, but I will think twice about going back. High prices and quality not consistent with the price.
