This is my spot. The owner is super nice and that trickles down to the employees because they treat you so well. The subs are great and the ease of ordering is excellent. It’s a small place that packs a punch. Nice and quiet spot to just kick back and eat some good food.

One of my favorite sandwich shops for decades. I hadn’t been there in many years so I took my stepson there for his first time. It was delicious as always, I got my usual No. 19 and my stepson got a roast beef that he really enjoyed, but nearly $40 for the 2 of us at lunch meant it would be a while before I return.

Calling Bacon Potato soup should be all it consists of. Carrots chives and celery should not be in a loaded potato soup. And the potatoes were raw. Still hard. I don’t care if it was a premium brand. I dont know what it is but every sub station II we go to always has a corner store feeling like they’ve been there forever and know exactly how you like your food. The service is always on point and the food is always unbeatable. I prefer them over all the other sub places.

Always fresh, fast, and friendly. Having a good, local sub place is so important. Substation II always supports LE athletics, the employees are always so pleasant, and the sandwiches are perfection. My daughter has a dairy allergy, so when we request customization and note her allergy, we have NEVER had to worry about it. So many places get used to making the same thing over and over that she often ends up with cheese on her order. Never here and that is such a relief. The bread is amazing too – I’m not sure what they do but you can tell it isn’t the previously frozen garbage. Keep doing what you do, Substation!!
